The villa overlooks the large sparkling pool perfect for a refreshing swim after a day in the hot Spanish sun. The outdoor area is complemented by plenty of sun chairs and an outdoor dining setting for alfresco dinners under the terrace to enjoy the Mallorcan stars. The villa has views over both the countryside and the mountains of Serra de Tramuntana, which makes spending time outdoors a joy.
Villa Moreno is equipped with two warm and welcoming bedrooms. The bedrooms complete with air-conditioning for the warm summer weather and heating for the cooler months, have the choice of different sleeping arrangements. With the option of 4 single beds which can be put together, guests can choose how they rest for a good night’s sleep. The cozy bedrooms are fully equipped with linens and blankets. The two bedrooms are serviced by a lovely bright bathroom.
Villa Moreno boasts a lovely large terrace area conveniently located close to the main entrance and dining room, with its own outdoor bbq and preparation area, ensuring preparing and serving meals outdoors a simple pleasure. The patio boasts plenty of seating for dining alfresco and welcomes views out across the beautiful swimming pool and the picturesque gardens.
The large outdoor dining table seating comfortably 6 people, makes hosting dinner parties or having a simple alfresco meal a delight. For guests wanting to enjoy the Mallorcan sunshine, the villas 8mt x 4mt pool is the ideal place for a cool off, also complete with plenty of sunbeds for suntanning.
The lounge area of Villa Moreno is spacious and quaint. With ample seating and high loft style ceilings, guests are sure to feel at home. The lounge area boasts Wifi and a satellite TV for guests convenience.
Conveniently located adjacent to the lounge area is the kitchen, well-appointed with pots and pans, the kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, juicer, toaster and utensils and a washing machine; all guests could possibly need to prepare gourmet meals for a night in or a beautiful meal overlooking the stunning backdrop of Pollensa.
With air conditioning and heating throughout and final cleaning, Villa Moreno welcomes its guests with arrival out of schedule option available. The villa also comes equipped for the little oneswith a cot and high chair, a lovely stretch of grass for the kids to run around, and also enjoy a game of ping pong under the terrace area for that extra bit of fun.
Located minutes away from Pollensa old town Villa Moreno is very central for guests wanting a bit of both relaxation and adventure. Not too far from the comfort of your own countryside home, just a 7km drive, are the stunning sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente. Guests can enjoy a stroll around shops or supermarkets and wander around the town. For the more energetic holiday goers, excursion al Puig de Maria is a very popular and scenic hike, which is within minutes of the villa. There is also the golf course of Pollensa for a great day out with the whole family.
