A fabulous villa just 3 minutes from restaurants and supermarket, is a perfect vacation home for friends and family. The fabulous town of Port di Alculdia is 4.5kms from Villa Romana Bonaire and features a pristine white sand beach and crystal calm waters. The villa is surrounded by lovely gardens and is light and bright, a true “home away from home” for a fantastic vacation.
The villa has four lovely bedrooms, two double or twin and two twins. Each is a lovely calm retreat featuring fabulous beds, lovely linens and exceptional bedding and are comfortable havens for a wonderful night’s rest. Doors opening to the terrace is a feature in two of the bedrooms.
There are two bathrooms for guests’ use, both with walk-in showers and beautifully finished with lovely modern features.
Both the bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and well designed with fabulous finishes.
This sensational villa offers privacy and space amongst beautiful surroundings. The property is great for family and friends.
The villa offers a large 7 x 4m swimming pool with deck and plenty of sunbeds to soak up the Mallorcan sun, with views of the beautiful garden, a wonderful spot with picturesque views for hours of complete relaxation.
There is a lovely lounge area and al fresco dining with BBQ adjacent to the beautiful pool, definitely the place to enjoy those balmy evenings with a glass or two of the excellent local wines.
This fabulous property is theideal place for the most wonderful vacation for a family group or friends. The four-bedroom home comprises two separate living spaces, all on one floor for easy access.
The lounge area has large comfortable sofas, a feature open fireplace, satellite TV and Wifi for guests’ enjoyment. The dining area has a large table for lovely long lazy meals reconnecting with friends and family. There is also a separate sitting area in the glassed-in porch, wonderful to curl up with a good book or just to enjoy the beautiful views.
The fully equipped modern kitchen is perfect with a gas hob and electric oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, all equipment and utensils, and a washing machine. An iron and ironing board is also supplied.
The villa is thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival. Self-check after 4 pm is available with keys in the lockbox and check out is 10:00am. The villa staff will also take care of the final cleaning for you. A baby cot and high chair are available for our smaller guests, please request on booking. This property does not welcome pets and is nonsmoking.
The town of Alcudia is located within a short 2km walk or drive, and guests can enjoy the delicious cuisines of the region with a myriad of restaurants and cafes to choose from or perhaps browse the local shops and enjoy the cosmopolitan vibe.
The pristine white sand beach of Mal Pas is 0.4 kms away, and the vibrant town of Port D’Alcudia is just 4.5kms from lovely Villa Bonaire. This is a fabulous little town with nightlife, boardwalks, and lots to keep everyone entertained.
Alcanda Golf course is also very close to the villa with wonderful views across the sea, a spectacular course to enjoy a few rounds.
