Villa Roser boasts four air-conditioned bedrooms so you can comfortably drift off to sleep in the summer. The master bedroom features a double bed as well as mesmerizing vistas of the neighborhood. The other three rooms have two single beds each, all of which can be pushed together to create a double bed if you need to. The four rooms share three well-appointed bathrooms between them.

Thanks to the provided barbecue facilities, you can host fun dinner parties with families and friends in the glorious Spanish evenings. If you want to soak up the beautiful weather and views, you can always sit down to lunch on the furnished patio or enjoy a picnic on the well-trimmed lawn.
If the weather gets too hot, cool off by taking a plunge in the oversized swimming pool, perfect for the whole family to spend some quality time together. Lounge chairs surround the pool area so you can work on your tan while taking an outdoor nap. Along with the outdoor dining area, there’s also a second terrace from where you can kick back with a fresh cup of coffee while taking in spectacular sunsets.

Villa Roser offers 150 meters square of beautifully-furnished space where guests can lounge around on days when they don’t feel like going out. With whitewashed walls, wooden furnishings, and colorful, Spanish-inspired accents, the living room boasts a flat-screen television, complete with Satellite connection and comfortable couches. This open-plan space gives way directly into the dining room that can seat up to six guests.
Offering unblemished views of the garden, the wood-accented kitchen is perfectly equipped and comes with a microwave, stovetop oven, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, and the likes. As such, you can put together an easy meal whenever you want.
