The three-bedroom villa has sprawling gardens with a private pool, a modern kitchen for your needs, and recreational activities like a pool table, BBQ, TV, etc. to keep you occupied if you ever bore of lounging under the Spanish sun. Pollensa Beach and the town centre are not too far from the villa so you can explore to your heart’s content.
A hallway leads to the three bedrooms at Villa Solar De Baix. The first two bedrooms are twin rooms with a shower room and fitted wardrobes. The third bedroom features a double bed and an ensuite bathroom for privacy. The bedrooms are breezy and bright to calm you, making a great spot for an afternoon nap.
With sprawling views of the emerald green fields and neighboring hills, the outdoor area at Villa Solar De Baix is exquisite. It has a private pool with palm trees on each end. Relax on the sunbeds or head to the terrace to enjoy your breakfast. There is a ping-pong table to keep you occupied and a BBQ for impromptu garden parties.
A wide, open terrace leads to the living room via sliding glass doors. Kids will love this villa because there is so much room to play in. The living room is boho-chic with plush, white sofas and ample sunlight brightening up the room further. There is a ledge against the wall with throw pillows for some casual sitting. Books and a TV will keep you company on a lazy afternoon.
The indoor dining table is where you can have your dinner with your family as it can accommodate everyone and the night air may get chilly outdoors. The kitchen is spacious enough that everyone can cook together without getting in the way. It has a microwave, oven, coffee machine and an induction cooktop. There is a dishwasher to make life easier!
Air-conditioning is available during fixed hours, you have a BBQ set up outside and the staff will happily assist you if needed. Mid-stay cleaning and final cleaning are part of your stay. Children are welcome and you can request baby cots and high chairs.
