A gorgeous haven that can accommodate up to six guests, this villa also provides a plethora of amenities to help you with various aspects of your stay. More importantly, you’ll be close to some of the best spots in Pollensa, including its magnificient beaches.
Villa Tia is fitted with three bedrooms, all evenly dispersed throughout the property. All the bedrooms have heating and air-conditioning units to ensure your complete comfort in all seasons. Two of the bedrooms have twin beds while the third one has a double bed. It should be noted that the twin beds can be joined together to form a double one if the need for it ever arise, so you’ll find that the villa is quite flexible in terms of bedding.
The master bedroom even has its own private access to the villa’s front terrace where you can greet the day with a cup of tea and a quiet moment of respite.
In the morning, you can indulge in a quick workout or simply relax on a floater in the private swimming pool. Promising endless hours of fun for kids and adults alike, the swimming pool is surrounded by lounge chairs where you can enjoy an outdoors nap or work on your tan.
If all that swimming makes you hungry, rest assured that there’s even an exterior dining table for enjoying Al Fresco meals while savoring the views and weather. Exterior lounge facilities are also available, ensuring that you have a picturesque and tranquil place to retreat to after a full day of sight-seeing.
In the rustic, shabby-chic kitchen, guests will have access to just about everything they’ll need to prepare and enjoy a meal. This includes all the crockery sets, cutlery, utensils, dishwasher, microwave oven, freezer, and the likes.
After whipping up a meal, you can carry it over to the patio, the indoor dining space, or simply gather in the living room to enjoy your food in front of the flat-screen television with satellite connection. In fact, the kitchen is fitted with patio doors that lead directly to the villa’s rear terrace.
Bath towels and fresh, clean linens are provided so you can be as comfortable as possible during your stay. The concierge staff will be on site to greet you and show you around upon arrival. Parents traveling with children can additionally request a crib or baby cot, free of charged. Mid-stay cleaning services are provided.
Upon request and for an added fee, it’s possible to book more services such as sight-seeing trips.
A quick 3 km drive from the villa takes you to some of the best restaurants and boutiques in Mallorca. In addition, you’ll be close to the iconic Cala St. Vincent coves as well as the Old Town and its many retail options.
