Set in the heart of the Pollensa countryside, the amazing Villa Vitar is an ideal holiday home for that family holiday and is within easy reach of both Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa , where you’ll find an array of shops, restaurants and cafes. The beautiful beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vincente are also short drives away. Plus, Pollensa old town is also very close-by.
This property comes with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 spacious bathrooms, open-plan lounge/ dining room, covered terrace,lush outdoor spaces, private pool, ornamental fireplace, traditional-style kitchen, beautiful garden and many more. This amazing home can accommodate 5 persons comfortably.
There are 3 luxurious bedrooms in this home, all of them are fitted with air-conditioning for better sleep. One of the bedrooms has a double bed , another two single beds , and the last one has a single bed whilst the spacious bathrooms have modern amenities, one with a bathtub while the other just a shower.
Outside, the property has all the necessary ingredients needed for a relaxing family vacation. You can also enjoy a traditional Spanish meal, alfresco style at the shaded area outside with a dining table, chairs and a BBQ. Start off your day in the morning, with a quick invigorating dip in the clear, cool water of the swimming pool set within the beautifully lawned garden lined with shrubs and swaying palms , with a peaceful and private sunbathing area and comfy sun-loungers.
Inside you’d find a comfortably furnished open-plan lounge/dining room , a great spot for chilling out and enjoying a meal. The large living space has comfortable sofas, ornamental fireplace, TV and bookshelf where you can just pick up a book and read while enjoying the plush sofas. The cosy dining room makes dining a pleasure. Both of these areas open up unto a vast covered terrace, with additional outdoor living space , perfect for relaxing anytime of the day and to enjoy the fantastic countryside, overlooking the pool and lush greeneries.
Whip up a quick meal and find yourself while chatting away at the table, or prepare an amazing feast in the wonderful traditionally styled, well-fitted kitchen , boasting modern appliances like full oven, cooking hob/ fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, juicer, ample worktop space, as well as a breakfast table.
Our friendly team of staff takes pleasure in going above and beyond to meet the demands of its guests. High chairs and baby crib is available on request and comes complimentary. Other complimentary services include mid-stay and final cleaning and weekly linen change as well as onsite parking. If you need extra cleaning, help with ironing or laundry, babysitting or childcare, car rentals and transfers and many more, it can be arranged, with additional charge .
If you can tear yourself away from this lovely villa, the old town of Pollensa - an ancient town of attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, which has several places of interest to visit, including the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’ , which is still in use, and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery. There is also Port Pollensa, once a simple fishing port, the town is now very attractive with long swathes of sandy beach lined by pine and palm trees with a splendid array of cafes and restaurants. There are also some excellent opportunities for some scenic cycling on the island or some wonderful sailing on the sparkling waters just off the coast.
