Villa Xinito is a charming 2-bedroom villa with a character of its own. It is conveniently located close to Pollensa and features 2 airconditioned bedrooms, large garden, private pool and open plan living and dining area. Sleeping up to 4 persons, this quaint villa is great for couples or small families. It will certainly not disappoint!
The extensive home features two beautifully furnished bedrooms which can comfortably accommodate 4 persons. Both its rooms exude the warmth with minimalist touches and wood elements all round. The master room comes with a huge wooden double bed and super comfortable mattress, side table, a small table, large wardrobe and windows all round and a full en-suite bathroom with your very own bathtub.
The second room shares the same configuration with the master suite except that it comes with two single beds and a separate full family bathroom.
Explore its extensive exterior which is fronted by a carefully pruned extensive garden planted with many fig trees and huge lawn, a large private pool, and rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the panoramic country view and the tranquil environment. The area is also furnished with comfortable sunbeds and outdoor furnishing for your enjoyment and relaxation.
The property is set over a single floor. You’ll be welcomed into this charming home by an open plan layout complete with wooden elements and doors leading to the covered terrace and the extensive outdoor areas. The living area is perhaps one of the coziest places in this charming home for relaxation with its ultra comfy huge sofa sets complete with satellite tv for entertainment. Enjoy some quiet dining in the comfort of the dining area on its six seater wood table big enough for 6. The fully equipped kitchen with all its top of the range appliances is yours for meal preparation. The small table in the kitchen is great for quick meals. A huge glass door in the kitchen provides direct access to the covered terrace area making it easy to enjoy alfresco dining.
Cleaning is done regularly while bed linens are changed once a week by our hardworking housekeepers. In addition, parents with young toddlers would be glad to know that we also provide baby cot/crib and high chair amongst the many other conveniences included in the fee. Our staff would gladly help should you have any other request such as laundry services, additional cleaning services, ironing etc which are of course, chargeable.
Villa Xinito is not too far away from many attractions. Pollenca Town Centre which is lined with trendy restaurants, cafes and retail shops, is approximately 4.5km away. Hike up the beautiful Tomir Mountain one of the highest mountains in Mallorca and enjoy the views of Pollenca and the Formentor peninsula. Both the Cala San Vincente and Cala Puerto Pollensa area within a 10km radius of Villa Xinito where you can swim in the calm waters, sip cocktails at the many bars, stroll on the silky sand or simply do nothing and enjoy the beach.
