An absolute landmark on the Amalfi Coast, Palazzo Della Storia dates all the way back to 1400 and has since been lovingly restored with contemporary amenities to ensure that your holiday in Italy is as enjoyable as possible. Because it’s perched above the ocean, this villa is also perfect for enjoying unobstructed views of the bay. Palazzo Della Storia can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests.
Palazzo Della Storia boasts a total of four bedrooms all designed to help you drift off to a comfortable sleep at the end of the day. Best of all, all four bedrooms provide an en-suite bathroom, so guests won’t have to wait for their turn to use the shower at the end of a full day of sight-seeing.
The master bedroom features a suite-like setting, complete with a living area furnished with two armchairs and a sofa. In the sleeping section, you’ll find a double bed. The attached bathroom features gorgeous handmade ceramics. Additionally, this bedroom features easy access to a terrace with ocean views. All the other rooms are fitted with double beds and air-conditioning units to ensure your complete comfort, even during those warmer months.
Outside, the villa features two terraces so rest assured that there’s plenty of lush outdoor space that you can enjoy. Spreading across 150 square meters, the first terrace features a barbecue area where you can grill up a storm, tables and chairs, awnings, and even armchairs so you can relax with a cup of coffee while taking in the view.
On the second terrace, there’s another Al Freso dining corner and direct access to the living room, bedrooms, and dining area.
The crown jewel of Palazzo Della Storia is no doubt the private tub that overlooks the ocean. Around the tub, you’ll find plenty of sun loungers, deck chairs, and parasols for when you need some shade from the sun.
Decked in quintessential Amalfi Coast style, the interior of the villa sports a high vaulted ceiling in the bright and airy living room. With direct terrace access through a French door, the living area leads directly into a dining room where you’ll find an eight-seater dining table.
In the kitchen, guests will find a plethora of modern appliances, including a toaster, moka coffee pot, americano coffee machine, ice maker, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, and an induction hob, among others.
Palazzo Della Storia features a well-equipped laundry area with an ironing board, iron, dryer, and washing machine. This space additionally provides a small guest half-bathroom. Each morning, you’ll be treated to a continental breakfast of coffee, honey, marmalade, orange juice, butter, yogurt, croissant, and bread. With free Wi-Fi, the villa also provides premium services upon request and for an extra fee.
