Villa Costanza is what Italian vacation dreams are made of. The cliff top villa, 1600m2 in size, boasts not only spectacular views but offers its guests the most luxurious restful vacation. The villa is nestled into cliffs on the coastline, offering breathtaking views. The 4 bedroom charming villa sleeps up to 8 guests and is only 5 minutes walking distance to the stunning beach of Salerno.
The villa has four beautiful bedrooms, two on the ground level, one with a sea view. There is a bathroom on this level for the two bedrooms with a chromotherapy shower.
The further two bedrooms are on the first floor, one with a lovely terrace, and both with bathrooms featuring chromotherapy showers. Each of the bedrooms are lovely calm spaces featuring comfortable beds, crisp linens, and quality bedding. The bathrooms are supplied with thick fluffy towels, and both bedrooms and bathrooms are luxurious with soothing décor in muted tones of blue and high-end finishes.
A charming villa offering privacy and space featuring stunning scenery, featuring a large infinity swimming pool with ample sun loungers to enjoy the sun-filled space and gorgeous views across the sea. The villa boasts many areas for guests to enjoy peace and relaxation with a jacuzzi terrace, a belvedere to soak in those amazing vistas, and a solarium area. There is parking for two cars directly accessible from the main road. The villa is surrounded by glorious gardens and is fully enclosed. The many terraces are perfect for enjoying a drink and the breathtaking views, both day and night. The lovely alfresco dining and lounge area and BBQ will be popular, enjoying the multitude of stars. Guests will find it hard to forget the absolutely stunning views over the spectacular coastline.
The living space, situated on the ground floor, is drenched with sunshine creating a sun-filled, comfortable space to relax and soak up the views. The living room, dining space and kitchen are flooded with natural light during the day, and enjoy lovely vistas of the lights of the coastline twinkling below in the evenings. Dressed beautifully in shades of blue and crisp whites, the décor melds wonderfully with the stunning scapes just outside the large windows. A large plush sofa is in front of the flatscreen satellite tv, with a wonderful fireplace as a feature, creating the ultimate way to wind down after a busy day enjoying all this lovely region has to offer. An ample dining table seating eight comfortably is the perfect place to enjoy leisurely meals with great company, discussing the day's discoveries. The living space has French doors opening to a furnished terrace with an alfresco dining space and outdoor lounge, the perfect spot to enjoy the stunning vistas and enjoy a sunrise coffee or sunset cocktail.
The modern well-equipped kitchen is next, with ample benches and high-end appliances the kitchen provides a modern well-equipped space for those wishing to cook, from a simple breakfast to a gourmet dinner, this kitchen is made for entertaining. There is also a washing machine for guests' convenience.
The villa is deep cleaned between guests and end of stay cleaning is included. There is also housekeeping one time per week. A porter is available to help with your luggage and there is a gardening service.

Villa Costanza, overlooking the Amalfi Coast is located 1km drive from Maiori, a small and charming town off the Amalfi coast. The property is 23km from Sorrento and the nearest airport is Naples International, approximately 41km drive from the villa. The beach of Salerno is a great day out for all guests.
While the promenade is great for wining and dining, the town hosts beautiful architectural buildings, churches, Medieval Aqueduct, great shopping, and more. The pretty town of Malori is a short 1km away and a wonderful spot to explore, sample the region’s fabulous cuisine, and stock up on supplies for your lovely villa.
The wonderful towns of Sorrento and Positano are must-sees, the architecture, history, and utter style of these wonderful towns are a definite must do. A trip to the Isle of Capri is also a favorite,
Pompei is also a must-see, an unforgettable experience under the watchful eye of Mount Etna. Naples is also a fun day trip with its winding little streets, cafes, fabulous boutiques, and true Italian feel. It's a must-see and a stunning place to enjoy a great meal.
There are many quaint villages in the area for supplies and enjoyment and the stunning vistas of the countryside stretch as far as the eye can see. The villa is 5 minutes walking via 160 stairs to a small untouched beach called “Clear waters”. Perfectly named with crystal waters, this is a piece of paradise that not many know of.
