Villa Gioconda

Villa Gioconda boasts eight bathrooms and six bedrooms with a total of seven beds: one King-sized, five Double, and a one Sofa bed. All six bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning to ensure your complete comfort during the summer. In the master bedroom, guests will also find a grand balcony with aw-inspiring views of the surroundings. All the bedrooms feature comfortable beds, crisp luxurious linens, as well as oversized windows to let in ample natural sunlight.

Villa Giconda is surrounded by a picturesque courtyard to provide a haven of complete serenity and peace where guests can relax at the end of an exhilarating day of adventuring. From the garden, you will also be treated to majestic vistas of Capri and its famous Faraglioni Rocks. Guests can also spot the promontory of Punta Campanella as well as the island of Ischia.

The garden is enhanced by lush vegetation, including a flourishing vegetable garden that provides organic ingredients which you can cook in the comfort of your private kitchen. The entryway is lined with bountiful fruit trees, offering ample shade from the summer sun. The bio-pool structure houses an asymmetrical-shaped swimming pool that measures 15 meters long and 7 meters wide. If you would like to go for a midnight dip, rest assured that the pool does come with night lighting.

Around the pool deck is found ten lounge chairs, perfect for winding down while soaking up the sun. On the patio overlooking the kitchen, you will find an outdoor dining table and chair where the whole family can gather over an Al Fresco meal under the stars.

The ground floor of Villa Gioconda houses a spacious, countryside-style kitchen with a cozy, shabby-chic setting. This space boasts an extendable dining table and chairs as well as contemporary appliances, including oversized refrigerators and a five-range stovetop. If you don’t want to eat in the kitchen, you can also head over to the formal-style dining room which boasts an antique dining table to seat up to eight guests.

On the ground floor, guests will also find a laundry room as well as a comfortable living area with a flat-screen television, bookcase, antique dresser and a round table surrounded by four chairs. A second living room is found on the upper floor, complete with a wooden sofa bed and vaulted ceilings.

With a stay at Villa Gioconda, guests can enjoy a wide range of services, including concierge check-in and check-out. Linens and pool towels are changed twice a week while bath towels are replenished once every two days. Rest assured that you won’t need to worry about tedious house chores since a friendly housekeeper will show up for four hours every day, six days a week. An experienced staff member will also take care of the general maintenance and cleaning of the outdoor areas, garden, and pool. Complimentary WiFi is available.
