With a stay at Villa II Pino, guests can choose from a total of five bedrooms, all of which are beautifully appointed with comfortable beds and oversized windows that provide panoramic views and ample sunshine. The master bedroom is found on the ground floor and features a double bed as well as a direct access to a spacious terrace through a pair of elegant French doors.
On the first floor, guests will find three bedrooms offering a double bed, a single bed, and two single beds respectively. The fifth bedroom is found on the last floor and provides a double bed as well as en-suite bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower.

Thanks to the private enclosed garden, guests of Villa II Pino can let their children play outside in complete peace and security. There’s also an outdoor oversized terrace, complete with a pizza oven and barbecue grill so you can host fun parties with loved ones whenever the mood strikes. Best of all, the garden comes with a private swimming pool so you can enjoy a refreshing dip after an exciting day of exploring the surroundings. Because the garden is illuminated at night, it offers the perfect setting for a romantic midnight stroll with your loved one.

The pool area is furnished by eight sunbeds and two sun loungers, complete with garden umbrellas for when you want some respite from the sun. There’s also an outdoor shower for rinsing off the chlorine after your swim. Upstairs, you will find more terraces with outdoor seating and dining facilities alike.

The last floor of Villa II Pino houses a laundry room fitted with an ironing facilities as well as a washing machine and dryer. In the kitchen, you will find a four-burner gas stove, six-seater dining table, electric kettle, dishwasher, moka pot, microwave oven, toaster, fridge, and an Americano coffee machine.

Perfectly set up to provide a gloriously relaxing atmosphere, the living room of Villa II Pino also comes with a flat-screen television with DVD facilities and plush sofas that you can sink into after an exciting day of adventures. During those cold winter evenings, you can also turn on the fireplace for a delightfully cozy setting. This room opens directly into a formal dining area furnished with a dining table that can seat up to twelve guests.
