Villa Lia

Villa Lia provides three bathrooms and three bedrooms to accommodate all ten guests. In the master bedroom, guests will find a comfortable double bed as well as a flat-screen television with satellite connection. This particular room opens directly into a spacious private balcony where you can wind down in all intimacy while enjoying your favorite snacks under the warm Mediterranean sun.

The second bedroom also features a double bed as well as a private balcony while the third room boasts another double bed that can be split into two twin beds upon request. In this particular room, guests will also have the added convenience of an en-suite bathroom, complete with double basin, bidet, toilet, hairdryer, and even a hydromassage bathtub to soothe your sore muscles after having explored the area.

A resplendent garden beckons outside, creating a soothing haven where you can put up your feet and relax while enjoying the views and weather. Outside, you will also find a private swimming pool that measures 8 x 4m with a depth of up to 1.70 meters. After your swim, rinse off under the outdoor shower before stretching out on one of the many sunbeds that dot the pool deck.
The pool area is open from early April to the end of October.

As the evening settles in, the family can make full use of the barbecue facilities to grill up a delicious dinner which they can savor around the outdoor dining table. If you’re worried about the heat, you will be glad to learn that the garden table is shaded by a large parasol. Various other seating areas are also available in the courtyard of Villa Lia.

The basement of Villa Lia provides a relaxation room where you will find a cozy living space, complete with plush sofas, a sofa bed, as well as a small pool table that provides hours of endless entertainment for the whole family. Guests will also find a small dining table and chairs in the basement. Additionally, this space contains two more single beds, a wardrobe, and an en-suite. As such, the basement can be used as an independent living quarter for your additional guest. Laundry facilities are also available in Villa Lia.

The primary living room is found on the ground floor and it opens directly towards a dining area furnished with a dining table that’s been set up in front of a pure marble fireplace. Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows, guests can take in scenic garden views while enjoying their meals. While the kitchen boasts antique accents, it provides modern appliances such as a microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, and fridge with freezer.

Guests of Villa Lia can benefit from complimentary WiFi. Free parking is also available on the premises. For an added fee, you can book extra services such as an in-house chef, babysitting, and more.
