Villa Marina Nerano

With four well-appointed bathrooms, Villa Marina features four comfortable bedrooms, all of which are perfectly decked out to ensure a night of restorative sleep. Three of the bedrooms are found in the first unit. The first bedroom features a matrimonial bed and a spacious terrace that provides delightful views of the ocean. This room is also equipped with a flat-screen satellite television as well as an en-suite with enclosed shower, hair dryer, toilet, and washbasin.

The second and third bedrooms also have a double bed and television each, along with a large window that overlooks the villa’s beautifully-manicured garden and ocean. These two rooms shar ea shower between them. In the second unit of the villa, guests will find a fourth bedroom, complete with double bed, television and a terrace. This level also has a luxurious bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub where you can soothe your muscles at the end of a long day. All four bedrooms come with air-conditioning and heating units.

Villa Marina features two terraces, both measuring 45 square meters large. One of the terraces is partially shaded by olive trees, while the second is shielded by the porch. On the first terrace, guests will find sun loungers as well as tables and chairs, ideal for relaxing while soaking up spectacular vistas of the coastline and ocean. The second terrace also provides outdoor dining spaces as well as a brick barbecue area for grilling up a feast. There’s also a ping-pong table that provides plenty of entertainment for kids and adults alike.

The grounds of Villa Marina are also enhanced by a 4m x 8m swimming pool partially shaded by olive trees. Open from the beginning of April until the end of October, the pool area is furnished with sun loungers, chairs, table, and even an outdoor shower.

Villa Marina’s two apartments provide two living rooms, both of which feature a bright and airy layout where guests can wind down at the end of a long day of sightseeing. With direct access to the terrace, the first living room boasts a flat-screen television with local channels, a sofa, as well as a ten-seater dining table. In the first apartment, guests will also find a fully-outfitted kitchen with various appliances, utensils, cutlery, Italian coffee maker, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, electric oven, and even a four-burner gas stove.

The second unit also has a generously-sized living room that opens directly into a second kitchenette. Along with an array of modern appliances, this kitchenette also has an ice maker.

Daily cleaning is provided for three hours per day. Upon arrival, you will also receive a welcome dinner with mineral water, fresh seasonal fruit, wine, ham, tomato, mozzarella, and cannelloni. Linens, bath and pool towels are replenished regularly and WiFi is free.
