With 250 meters square of beautifully-furnished space, Villa Terri overlooks the picturesque Gulf of Naples and Capri. Ideal for groups of twelve people, Villa Terri comes with just about everything you need for a memorable holiday in Italy. Best of all, the beach lies a mere 300 meters away from the villa and you can easily access it through a private path that leads directly onto a stretch of silky sand.
Villa Capri provides a total of three bathrooms and five bedrooms, all of which located on the first floor that’s accessible through a 14-step internal staircase. All bedrooms provide both heating and air-conditioning units to ensure your complete comfort during your stay.
Villa Capri offers four double beds, two single beds, as well as two sofa beds to accommodate your extra guests. All bedrooms boast crisp, luxurious linens and generous storage space so you can easily stow your belongings during your stay at the villa. It should be noted that all the bedrooms have their own private outdoor spaces offering unblemished vistas of the sparkling azure ocean.
After an exhilarating day of Italian adventures, return to the villa where you can take a plunge in the sinuous 5.50m x 6.50m swimming pool, open from April to October. The family room, main hallway, and kitchen all provide direct accesses towards the pool area. On the deck, guests will also find sun loungers, perfect for stretching out while working on their tan.
This space also provides garden umbrellas, outdoor sofas, and armchairs. On the patio is found an outdoor dining table, ideal for guests who would like to enjoy an Al Fresco meal while soaking up the sun and beautiful garden views.
Inside, Villa Capri features a generously-sized living room, complete with large glass windows to provide spectacular views of the sea. In this area, you will find a flat-screen television, sofabed, sofa, and armchair. In the evening, turn on the fireplace and sip on a nightcap while spending some quality time with friends and family.
The open-plan living room gives way into the dining area, furnished with a 12-seater dining table. When you want to spend a quiet evening indoors, put together an easy meal in the well-equipped kitchen which comes with a fryer, microwave, electric stove, two-burner electric cooker, and a four-burner gas cooker. Guests can also use the laundry room which comes with an ironing board, iron, and washing machine.
If you’re traveling with children, you will be glad to learn that Villa Capri provides a baby hair chair as well as a crib to comfortably accommodate your little ones. Bed linens and towels are included. Complimentary WiFi makes it easier for you to stay connected with loved ones back home or update your social media with pictures of your holiday in Italy. Free on-site parking is available.
If you would like to indulge in some retail therapy, you can always drive over to Massa Lubrense, located a mere 700 meters from the villa. This lively area is known for its bars, restaurants, shops, and even a supermarket where you can stock up on produce. Over there, you will also find a bus stop where you can hop on a bus to explore the many attractions in the neighborhood.
