Villa The Phoenix boasts a total of three bedrooms, all of which are located on the first floor. If you’re visiting during the summer, you will be glad to learn that all the bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning units to ensure that you can comfortably wind down and drift off to sleep every night. This villa also provides three bathrooms, one of which is found on the ground floor.

Two of the bedrooms feature double beds each, while the third room has two single beds, perfect for accommodating your kids or teenagers traveling with you. There’s also a sofa bed to accommodate any extra guests you may wish to have over.

In the beautifully-manicured gardens of Villa The Phoenix, guests will find a 7x 3 meters private pool, complete with hydromassage. As such, you can easily soothe your sore muscles after a full day of sightseeing. It should be noted that the swimming pool is open from early April to late October. After your swim, enjoy a hot cup of coffee by the shade of a garden umbrella or while relaxing on one of the sun loungers.

Should you wish to enjoy Al Fresco meals, you can always make use of the chairs and tables located around the pool area, or sit down at the furnished outdoor dining room located on the private terrace. This particular space is partially shaded by a bamboo pergola. Best of all, there’s also a brick barbecue, ideal for savoring grilled feasts or hosting fun barbecue evenings with loved ones.

On the ground floor of Villa The Phoenix, guests will find a guest bathroom as well as a laundry area, complete with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron. The ground floor also houses a modern, well-equipped kitchen with contemporary appliances, a pizza oven, coffee machine with capsules, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave oven, electric oven, as well as a six-hob stove. The kitchen also features an oversized French window to let in ample sunshine as well as a direct access to the terrace.

The open-plan living area consist of a spacious, air-conditioned living room where you will find more French windows and a second access to the terrace. There’s also a dining table to accommodate eight people. The sofabed is located in a quiet and separate sleeping area off the lounge.
