Villa Totti

This villa offers four bedrooms and five bathrooms for all eight guests of the villa. On the ground floor of Villa Totti is found a beautifully-appointed bedroom furnished with a double bed as well as television with satellite connection. There’s also heating and air-conditioning. This bedroom also comes with an en-suite bathroom, complete with shower, sink, toilet, and hairdryer. A private access leads directly into the patio where you can put up your feet and relax with a cup of coffee while watching the sun set over the horizon. The first-floor bedrooms also come with private balconies, double beds, and en-suite bathrooms. One last double bedroom is found on the second floor of Villa Totti.

Outside Villa Totti is found a tropical paradise offering a 4m x 3.6m swimming pool where you can swim laps or relax in the refreshing waters. The pool area is surrounded by sun loungers as well as a table and chairs where you can enjoy your breakfast while gazing out at the turquoise water. It should be noted that the pool area is open from May to October. In the evenings, you can relax on the patio that stretches across 70 square meters. Partially shaded by a canopy, this space houses barbecue facilities as well as an outdoor dining table.

The interior of Villa Totti provides all the comforts of home but with an added touch of luxury. If you don’t feel like going out to eat, you can always whip up a delectable meal in the comfort of your own well-furnished kitchen outfitted with a moka coffee pot, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, electric oven, and a five-stove gas hob. The kitchen additionally provides laundry facilities, including an iron and ironing board. This space houses a dining table that can seat up to six guests. Conclude your day with a nightcap in the living room fitted with comfortable sofas, armchairs, fireplace, television, and even a lift.
