Madampe House located along Ambalangoda, Sri Lanka is a stunning 4000 sq feet Sri Lankan home designed by Scotsmen Geoffrey Bawa and Charles Renee. This lovely home fronts the magnificent Madampe Lake and also mere minutes from the beach,making it the perfect getaway with friends and family.
This luxurious home, features three well-appointed air-conditioned bedrooms, all of which comes with attached bathrooms, lush gardens with nicely pruned lawn and tropical foliage, crystal clear swimming pool, outdoor terrace, spacious living, dining and kitchen area.
Three luxuriously fitted and furnished bedrooms are housedupstairs of this lovely home. Each room generous in their own right comes with a king sized four poster bed draped with mosquito nettings and access to a private verandah. With exception of the ensuite bathroom for the master room which has a large bathtub, the rest of the ensuites are equally as nicely fitted with relaxing shower and the finest toiletries and vanities.
The outdoors whispers to you to explore its very depth. The vast nicely manicured lawns with its ultra comfy sun loungers makes a good spot for relaxation while you sip champagne as you like it and taking dips in the crystal clear swimming pool in between while enjoying a little sunshine. When it gets too hot head on to the terrace area on the beach chairs gazing towards the picture perfect surroundings, as long as it pleases you. If crave a different adventure, take the canoe provided by the villa out in the lake for some paddling. Celebrate your Sri Lankan adventures with a BBQ feast amongst friends and family.
Let the cozy indoors welcome you into its embrace. A doorway which connects the pool area separates the outdoor and indoor area. The spacious living area with its white interior and indoor plants exudes tranquility affording you utter privacy. Indulge in delicious Sri Lankan fare specially cooked by your very own private chef so you can enjoy your vacation to the maximum. The cozy dining area with its wood crafted dining table is also good for small talks.
Parking is available onsite. Our friendly staff who also live on site, ensure you have a stress-free stay. Leave all your worries and planning to them, all you have to do is put your legs up and enjoy your vacation. The housekeepers ensure you return to a clean and nice home everyday and help with the laundry. The gardener keeps the garden and lawn trimmed and beautiful. The security team keep the premises and guests secure and safe 24/7. The maintenance team makes sure everything is in working order for your ultimate enjoyment. Right outside of this beautiful home is the gorgeous Lake Madampe and a little further away is the serene Madampe Beach, both of which are great to indulge in some water activities such as canoeing and taking strolls at its banks while enjoying the serene surrounding. For essentials, there is the Cargill Supermarket not too far away. If you are into markets, the Ambalangoda Marketis an eye- opening experience where you’d find an array of fresh local produce and seafood.
