The Sandals

The Sandals houses 5 bedrooms with air-conditioning and private en-suite bathrooms. 2 of the rooms are located on the ground floor level with easy access to the pool. The other 3 rooms are found upstairs on the first floor adjoined to a balcony with ocean views. There are 4 bedrooms with king-size double beds and 1 with single beds.

The Sandals features a sprawling beachfront garden with swaying palm trees and manicured green grass lawns. The 15 x 5-meter infinity swimming pool has crystal clear water and it features a large shallow platform where little kids can play together with their parents. Take a dive into the sea or in the pool, let the kids run free on the lawn or opt for a scrumptious seafood BBQ in the garden - this is the good life!

The modern living space is soaked in natural sunlight through the full-length glass sliding doors and all day long, no matter where you sit or stand, you’ll get struck by those awe-inspiring sea views. The interior design is very elegant, featuring a marble floor and whitewashed, white and creamy-coloured furniture. Just like any home, the living room has a dining area, a sofa lounge area and a fully-equipped kitchen. Villa The Sandals was designed by a student of the famous Geoffrey Bawa and the villa also boasts a rooftop terrace with spectacular sunset views. Modern amenities include wifi, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, DVD-player, iPod music, books and board games.

The lovely staff looks after the villa and all of the guests with kind attentiveness. The household is taken care of and the villa even has a private cook who prepared delicious traditional Sri Lankan meals. The property has 24-hour security.
