L’Escale Seaview Apartment is made up of two holiday suites, each containing three bedrooms. It boasts spacious indoor areas, including a well-equipped kitchen where guests can cook their own meals. It also includes private terraces, where you can dine alfresco, sit on the outdoor lounge or have barbecue parties. A stay in one of the two suites will give you access to the shared swimming pool and garden area.
The property is less than 100 metres away from La Preneuse Beach, where you can swim, snorkel, sunbathe, or even rent a boat to travel further out. Along the main road (A3), there are plenty of places to eat out. Any cuisine you want, there will be a restaurant that offers it there. Alternnatively, you can choose to buy fresh groceries at one of the many supermarkets, so you can cook your own food in the apartment’s kitchen.
Each suite at L’Escale features three bedrooms, furnished with double beds, flat screen TVs and ample wardrobe space. The rooms are decorated with a modern minimalist style in mind, plus a hint of coastal in the furniture made of washed wood. Staying in one of these bedrooms will treat you to either the soothing garden view or the grand beach view. The Master bedroom has an ensuite attached to it, while the other two bedrooms share a guest bathroom. Each room is fitted with an air conditioner, for extra sleep comfort.
Each L’Escale Apartment is fitted with a verandah, whe you can laze around by the outdoor lounger or have alfresco meals with a view of the pool and/or the beach. The property’s shared swimming pool is open all year around, surrounded by wooden decks, where the sun loungers reside. The garden area is expansive and well-maintained. It is perfect for the kids to play and do cartwheels on. The shared outdoor areas overlook the azure sea ahead.
As you walk past the bedroom corridor, you will arrive at the apartment’s living area, furnished with cushy plush couches, a coffee table and a flatscreen TV with satellite channels. The dining table, made of polished wood, is able to seat six people. The separate kitchen area is well-equipped with modern appliances, such as a refrigerator, an oven, microwave, a dishwasher, stove tops and more. You can create meals here, with groceries bought from the nearby supermarket. The indoor area opens to the verandah.
Complimentary wifi runs throughout the property. With your stay package, you are assigned a free parking space for your rental car. Thanks to the villa’s outdoor grill equipment, you and your family can have barbecue parties whenever you like, during your stay. If you have enquiries regarding activities around the area, there is a concierge that can assist you with them.
L’Escale Seaview Apartment is nestled in the quieter area of Black River, just minutes away from La Preneuse Beach. You can go swimming, snorkelling, or even rent a boat to explore the sea further out. There are stacks of attractions to visit and things to do. Martello Tower Museum stands on the remains of a colonial fort. You can still see a number of cannons today. You can go dolphin watching, too! Along the A3 Road, there are many restaurants and supermarkets, so you have the choice to eat out or buy groceries, so you can cook in the apartment’s kitchen.
