In fact, this soothing villa features a laid-back charm with plenty of space to spread out and relax at the end of a fun-filled day. Villa Jardin offers a total of two bedrooms, both of which are aptly-appointed to accommodate groups of up to four persons. Fully air-conditioned, both bedrooms are located on the second level of the villa. At the end of a fun day, stretch out on a comfortable double bed as you soak up sweeping views of the garden or ocean.
Best of all, both bedrooms feature furnished balconies, perfect for lounging around with a cup of coffee as you inhale the deliciously salty sea breeze.
With a tropical-style sandy exterior, the outdoor areas of Villa Jardin radiate with tranquility and peace. Best of all, there’s even a quaint little pathway fringed by thick shrugs and swaying tropical trees that lead directly onto a stretch of white sandy beach. Consequently, you will be able to enjoy a cool dip in the ocean whenever you feel like it.
And to help you make the most of the tropical weather, the villa also provides a furnished veranda with an outdoor wooden dining table an even an outdoor living space. At lunchtime, carry your pate over to the veranda and tuck into a delicious meal serenaded by the soft sloshing of the waves against the shore.
The beautifully-appointed living areas of Villa Jardin are located on the ground level of the establishment. In front of the flat-screen television, you will find an assortment of comfortable furniture, complete with plump cushions where you can just sink into at the end of a busy day. When you don’t want to eat out, you will be glad to learn that the villa also provides a spacious wooden table, perfect for accommodating all the guests.
Take turns at crafting and customizing your own meals in the state-of-the-art kitchen which offers a plethora of utensils, appliances and electronics.
To ensure that you have a fully restful time during your holiday in Mauritius, Villa Jardin offers the complimentary services of a maid who will show up six days per week to take care of the cleaning and general maintenance of the villa. For an added charge and upon request, other services such as airport transfer can be reserved.
One of the best things about Villa Jardin is its excellent location: Indeed, this villa is located in the sunny village of La Preneuse, which is quite close to the iconic La Tour Martello: this museum is set in a rustic, century-old stone tower that was once occupied by French military. Today, this tower has been converted into a museum that houses wax sculptures and an assortment of relics that date all the way back to the French colonial era.
If you’re feeling more adventurous, you can also try your hand at Stand Up Paddling at Tamarin Bay. This spot is also extremely popular among amateur and experienced surfers alike due to the high waves. If you feel like trekking, you’ll find that the villa also places you close to Black River Gorges which is known for its scenic routes.
