Celebrating Indonesia within and without its walls, Villa Gong is a space that inspires and invites guests to enjoy luxurious living in a rustic setting. The three-bedroom haven houses open-plan living areas, a private swimming pool and Javanese joglo-inspired pavilions. Two of the bedrooms are found in separate bungalows across the pool. You have the verdure of the tropical gardens, the thatched roof of the poolside bale and a clandestine meeting of the blue skies and natural greenery for a spectacularly restful ambiance. The eponymous gong stands majestically on the patio, an indication that your stay will resonate with happy times for years to come.
There are three bedrooms at Villa Gong and the best part is that each of these rooms enjoys its own privacy affording you the luxury of space. The master bedroom is tucked away inside the living pavilion whereas the other two are found in individual pavilions across the pool. They lead directly outdoors via glass doors thus, offering pleasant views throughout the day.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized and the others with queen-sized beds. Other amenities include air-conditioning, TVs and ensuite bathrooms fitted with bathtubs and/or showers.
Wake up bright and early in the morning and head to the 6-meter swimming pool at Villa Gong. It is not just the crisp, blue water of the pool that will draw you in like a siren but the natural abundance that can be observed around it as well. From the built-in pool deck to the poolside bale, you have plenty of room where you can rest and rejuvenate under the tropical sun. The lush plants and tropical flora affords a refreshingly-novel ambiance, far removed from the city pollution and chaos.
From the grand patio designed with an opulent alfresco-style living area to the main living area indoors, Villa Gong extends truly remarkable interiors. The eaves of the roof are thatched where the rest of it peaks high above towards the sky. Whether it is the laser-cut wall panels or the wholly wooden interiors, Villa Gong is something you may have never seen. Comfortable, regal sofas and chairs, a lounge with a flat-screen TV and international channels, open-sided layout for abundant fresh air and colonial-style chandeliers sum up the living space.
Since it is an open-plan common area, there you have the dining room and kitchen as well. The six-seater dining table is as stately as the rest of this space with solid wood dining chairs and a hand-crafted dark-wood dining table. The walls are decorated with arresting artwork. There are other modern amenities like a surround sound Bluetooth speaker, high-speed internet, etc. The back of the living space is open towards the villa wall with ivy cascading from the roof. Prepare your food in the fully-equipped kitchen against this luscious view for a truly wonderful time.
Villa Gong prides itself in offering complete privacy to its guests and thus, the villa is self-serviced with the staff being called in as per your own liking. You can fix their timings beforehand so you can enjoy your time without any interruption. They are happy to help you with anything you’d like and make bookings for excursions, massages, airport transfers an even set up a BBQ. Some of these services are charged extra.
