The master bedroom occupies the first floor of the main pavilion, while the remaining guest bedrooms are located in a separate building. Two of the ground-floor bedrooms are connected via interconnecting doors, making them particularly suitable for families with children.

Each bedroom is equipped with an ensuite bathroom and opens onto a private terrace, allowing direct access to the surrounding garden and natural airflow throughout the space.

The outdoor areas are designed for relaxed coastal living. A saltwater infinity pool is positioned to overlook the garden and offers views towards the ocean.

The expansive garden is landscaped with mature palm trees and tropical greenery, providing both open space and privacy. Several shaded terraces with multiple seating areas are arranged around the villa, offering flexible options for relaxation or outdoor dining.

The main living spaces are located within the central pavilion and follow an open-plan layout that connects directly with the outdoor areas. High ceilings, timber finishes, and wide openings allow for natural ventilation and consistent daylight throughout the space.

The living area is arranged with comfortable seating, while the adjacent dining area accommodates shared meals in a semi-open setting. The overall layout supports both social gatherings and quieter downtime within the villa.

Villa Mimosa Hill is supported by a professional on-site team. A dedicated villa manager oversees daily operations and assists with guest requests, including transport and local arrangements.

Daily housekeeping ensures the property is maintained to a high standard. An in-house chef prepares meals from a suggested menu, with breakfast included and additional dining options available upon request. Dietary requirements can be accommodated with prior notice.
