Imagine you arrive in a gorgeous villa but…. a construction site is just next door? We aim to ensure unfavourable situations don’t happen. Once a villa has been selected and listed on our website, we perform regular site inspections to ensure the property is in excellent, guest ready condition.

We've been doing this for a while, and we know planning a holiday can be a lot of work, especially when travelling in a group! Most importantly if travel plans go awry, it's frustrating having no one to turn to. We aim to be the one to call when the need arises and to always have a solution ready for all holiday-related issues, big and small.
All booking confirmations are handled by our customer service team who will be in contact from the time you inquire about booking a villa. Once you are ready to book, instructions on how to secure your booking via our payment modes will be sent to your email.
Yes, you can place a hold on a villa for free! There are no credit card details required and this option gives you 3 days to decide.
Simply make a request for the villa you are interested in by filling up the form that can be found on the page of your chosen villa. Once you provide us with your name, contact details and travel dates, a confirmation email will be sent to your inbox.
Our travel consultant contact details are included should you have questions about your villa, booking details or need more information on your destination.
Not at all. Because we work with villa owners to bring you, the client to their villa, we charge villa owners a service fee for listing on Villa Finder and and handling all successful bookings.
This means no booking fees for you!
This depends on the villa you have booked. All villas in Europe are subjefcted to the local Eco Tax. Your rental price may have already included this in the rate, while some others list it separately. More luxurious villas may have a private chef included in the rate, or transport services to and from the airport, or a personal chauffeur.
You can find all relevant information on the page of the villa you have booked, otherwise our concierge services are able to double check on your behalf.
They are never any hidden fees or taxes. These are always included in the rate. We strive for all the information on Villa Finder to be honest and transparent.
A deposit of 50% of the total price is required to secure the booking of your holiday rental. The other 50% of the payment is due 60 days prior to your arrival unless stated otherwise.
Deposits and balance payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Should you need to cancel your booking, it is best to let us know as soon as possible as we will always try to negotiate a refund with the villa owner.
All refunds are subject to an administration fee of US$200.
