Embodying Italian countryside living at its very best, Appartamento Villa 1 lies nestled in one of Mugello’s most picturesque neighborhoods. Seamlessly blending classic home comforts with opulent amenities, this villa can comfortably sleep a total of six guests. With a stay at Appartamento Villa 1, guests can also enjoy unblemished views of the charming town of Dicomano as well as thoughtful amenities designed to render their stay in Tuscany even more enjoyable. The complex even provides a plethora of relaxing facilities that you can enjoy after a full day of sightseeing.
Appartamento Villa 1 boasts two generously-sized bedrooms, both of which are fitted with air-conditioning units and feature classic Italian-style furnishings. Each bedroom has a comfortable double bed, luxurious linens, and its own attached bathroom with toiletries as well as basic amenities. One of the bedrooms also has a flat-screen television, complete with satellite connection, so you can wind down in bed while catching up with your favorite movies and shows at the end of the day. In the second bedroom, you will also find a comfortable rounded armchair for relaxing with a fresh cup of coffee.
There’s also a double sofabed in the living area to accommodate two extra guests. Both bedrooms feature oversized wardrobes and dressers to make getting ready a breeze in the morning.
The complex provides plenty of outdoor space where you can put your feet up and soak in the sun while relaxing with your favorite book. If you’re visiting between May and October, you can also make use of the outdoor saltwater pool offering spectacular views of the Comano Valley. On your private terrace, you will also find an exterior wrought-iron dining table and chairs, offering the ideal setting for an Al Fresco lunch or dinner while soaking up the sun and dazzling countryside views.
Outside, guests will also find a stone courtyard surrounded by ancient trees and lush foliage to provide ample shade from the Mediterranean sun. The communal areas boast an exterior pizza oven as well as two barbecue areas.
