This ample cottage itself is located at the top of the villa’s historic oil mill (called frantoio) - hence its name - and consists of 3 double bedrooms and a mezzanine area with twin bedding, accommodating an occupancy of up to 7 guests. The interior spaces feature stone-hemmed walls and lots of wood-based furnishings to create a homey atmosphere, while the private garden outdoors looks out to the swimming pool and main villa of the estate. Guests will be pleased to know the extra security layer comes in the form of a private gated entrance for this apartment.
The 2 bedrooms at Forno Apartment are made up of the Master Bedroom that comes fitted with a king-sized bed, and the 2nd bedroom that also features a daybed which guests easily convert into 2 twin beds that make them perfect for children. Both bedrooms have their own private bathrooms to boot.
Guests have use of a private garden that is furnished with relaxing patio furniture, including a dining table with umbrella and chairs. But what is most interesting and unique is the Forno or bread-oven maker that is still functional today to bake wood-fired pizza, which guests can happily find joy in using.
The interiors of the property are spacious with stone-hemmed walls prominently featured throughout, lending the feeling of living inside a beautiful Tuscan castle. Besides the living room with the dining space, it features a working fireplace with firewood and has also a fully-equipped kitchen with amenities like induction stove, oven, dishwasher and American-style coffee maker, among others.
