L'Aia Apartment

The apartment has 2 bedrooms. Both rooms are located on the first floor of the apartment. 1 has a double bed and the other twin beds. The rooms have terracotta floors, wood ceiling beams, and wood window shutters adding to the traditional rustic feel. The rooms have stone soft-coloured walls, wooden cabinets and beautiful duvets covering the beds. The rooms have private en-suite shower rooms. The double room has a swinging chair - the perfect spot to read a book in the evening.

From the living room you can access the private covered terrace with an alfresco dining table and an outdoor lounge area. Guests can also access the communal garden where you can take a dip into the crystal clear water of the shared swimming pool. The garden is spacious and beautiful, blending in with the beauty of the Tuscan countryside.

L’Aia Apartment has a private living room with a kitchen. The design is colourful, charming, rustic and traditional. There is a purple relax chair for two to curl up with a book or watch some telly. Next to it, you will find the dining area with an L-shaped wooden sofa, 3 chairs and a wooden table. The kitchen is around the corner and it is equipped with everything you need including a dishwasher and washing machine, How convenient.

Included are wifi, satellite TV, bed linen, bathroom towels and pool towels (1 pool towel per person per week). The swimming pool is open from 25 April until 10 October. Guests get unlimited free access during the months that the pool is open. Heating is available at additional charges.
