With sprawling panoramic views over the Tuscan valley of Chianti the 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, Loggia, which is part of the Podere Vignola complex, is the ideal home away from home for all types of guests. From exploring the vineyards surrounding the property or adventuring 2km from the property into the town of Sieci, Loggia is the ideal base of comfort and pure relaxation with a touch of traditional Tuscan interiors.
The 90m2 property comprises of a spacious living room complemented by a cozy fireplace, with traditional artisanal stone work throughout. Loggia is complete with a well equipped kitchen including oven and dishwasher, LED flat screen TV, Wifi, fans for each room, safety deposit box, complete private outdoor patio with a surrounding spectacular backdrop of the stunning vista of Florence Tuscany.
The second level of this lovely space is home to three comfy bedrooms. Two are furnished with lovely double beds and one with a double sofa bed. Each are beautifully and tastefully decorated, comfortable and relaxing space with quality bedding and linens. Mosquito nets, climate control, and ceiling fans are provided.
The bedrooms are serviced by two large bathrooms, modern and again decorated with flair. Towels are provided.
Loggia is set in hectares of beautiful gardens, perfect for wandering and enjoying the glorious Tuscan landscape. A sparkling huge swimming pool surrounded by glorious vineyards with many sunbeds is a definite must, and a ping pong table is on site for those guests that enjoy a bit of competition.
The Loggia has a large terrace, furnished with loungers, table and chairs and a sun umbrella, wonderful to sit and relax with an ice cold glass of the local vino, or to enjoy a fabulous al fresco meal under the stars.

The apartment also comprises of a shared sizable outdoor pool for guests to enjoy during the warmer months with surrounding views of lush greenery and boasting plenty of sunbeds.
With cafes, bars and restaurants only 2km walk or drive from the apartment, Loggia is the perfect base for exploring the local area. From the Loggia apartment, within 13km drive, guests can experience many of Italy’s famous landmarks. The Piazzale Michelangelo, Ponte Vecchio, Santa Maria Novelle and the Piazza del Douma di Firenze to name a few, are many of the wonderful sites in the area and only minutes’ drive from the comfort of the apartment.
