In the mesmerizing and ancient Tuscan farm known as Luxury Chianti located in the beautiful corner of the famed Panzano in Chianti, is another 2-bedroom accommodation for 5 guests within 72 sq metres known also as Apartment Panzano. The Tuscan estate itself is a historical landmark dating back to 1920, before it was renovated in 2012 in its preservation as a rural paradise today. It features a spacious living hall that overlooks a luscious garden, and is designed and fitted with all the modern comforts, although it retains much of its traditional elements and character including terracotta floors and old wooden beams.
This apartment is also built with 2 spacious bedrooms, the first of which is configured with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. An extra sofa bed can be found on the common space for the 5th guest. There are 2 adjoining bathrooms complete with shower areas and toilets.
Its immediate surroundings within a typical Tuscan farm meant that guests get to appreciate the beautiful gardens that surround the estate. A private outdoor area is found in the garden equipped with tables and chairs. Also a must-have is thecommunal swimming pool, while guests will be amazed by breathtaking views of the nearby hills that teem with vineyards, olive trees, cypresses and oak woods.
Inside this apartment, guests will be pleased with the classic-style furnishings that are in harmony with the overall farm and countryside authenticity. The owners have ensured tasteful mix of innovative contemporary comforts with traditional touches all around. Among the modern-day amenities are air-conditioning, complimentary WiFi Internet access, as well as a contemporary-equipped kitchen area with conveniences of an oven and dishwasher.
Guests will be well taken-care of throughout their stay here at the apartment. For stays longer than 7 days, a full breakfast is included in the package in addition to the weekly cleaning service. Other services include disinfection, change of bed linens and towels every 4 days, and heating depending on the season.
Apartment Panzano is located exactly in a beautiful corner of the famed Panzano in Chianti. From this base, guests can check out some beautiful trails, which can either be explored by bike or foot, while the Gaiole in Chianti town center is located about 9km away. There is also the Ugolino golf course that is easily reachable by car within 20 minutes, as well as a riding school that is located in the more distant municipality of Monteriggioni.
