Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves in the beautiful Tuscan landscape of Italy, you can stay in a historic private villa called La Fiana. This 5 bedroom vacation home features stunning views of the Tuscan Hills that you can enjoy from the villa’s infinity pool and sunbeds. Villa La Fiana is a restored authentic farmhouse with wood ceiling beams, stone terracotta floor, and antique furniture and artwork. The villa covers 3 floors and a big private garden. Around the villa, you can explore the countryside, visit medieval towns such as San Gimignano and famous cities such as Florence, Pisa, and Siena. A great place to see all that beautiful Italy has to offer.
Villa La Fiana has 5 bedrooms and all the rooms have private en-suite bathrooms. There are 4 rooms with double beds and 1 with twin beds. All the rooms are equipped with AC.
Villa La Fiana features a stunning garden overlooking hills, vineyards, and olive groves. The best spot to take in those views? From the infinity swimming pool! After swimming some laps, you can soak up the sun on the poolside lounge beds, sipping a cocktail or reading a magazine. The garden has a poolside gazebo with a sofa and there is a covered alfresco dining terrace.
The living room is cosy and traditional with orange stone walls, a terracotta floor, and wood beams. There is a wooden closet with books and there is a big flat-screen TV for entertainment. Lounge on the L-shaped sofa to watch movies, play chess, or read by the fireplace. The dining room is decorated with rural art and there is a long teak timber dining table for big groups. The kitchen has another big table and you can also choose to sit outside on the veranda to enjoy your breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
You get to enjoy daily maid services (3 hours per day). Breakfast is included from Monday to Saturday. There is free wifi and you can make use of the villa’s washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and ice machine.
Villa La Fiana is located near the village of Val Di Pesa in the Tuscan Hills of Italy. The historic walled town San Gimignano is 40-minutes away by car. A one-hour drive by car can take you to famous cities such as Florence and Siena. Pisa is 78 km away. As you can imagine, there are lots to be seen and discovered around Villa La Fiana. Hike the scenic countryside, taste the local wine and food, see ancient churches and other buildings. You’ll never get enough!
