Uda Kanda Villa

The villa is constructed with spacious and elegantly structured three bedrooms. The interior is built with vaulted ceilings and outdoor terraces. The master suite adjoins with the veranda and swimming pool. The other two rooms are located towards the front of the villa and adjoin private verandas opening with a garden view to enjoy the tranquility of nature. The third room is furnished with twin beds embedded with mosquito nettings. There are overhead fans and ensuite bathrooms with showers fitted. Each of the room is provided with their little tropical garden to enjoy a lovely evening with your loved ones under the skies.

You can enjoy a lush, verdant landscape beside the 50-foot infinity pool. You can take sun-dappled relaxation on cushioned recliners under ambalama, or watch the plethora of colorful birds with other wildlife. You can genuinely take advantage of the location by exploring an array of flora and fauna from Toque Macaques, Mongooses, Tiger-Cats, Palm Squirrels, Black hoodie Orioles, White-throated kingfishers, and much more. There are lawned gardens with a spacious outdoor dining area that invites you for an alfresco feast.

The Indoor comprises of huge open side living and dining area. It is furnished with comfortable sofas and a stylish eight-seater dining table. The living area is bright and breezy with attractive ceilings. It gives you outside view of green trees and chirping birds while having your lounge time with family. The living room has satellite TV that you can enjoy while relaxing on the couch.

The indoor is stylish yet contemporary styled interiors with adorned antique furniture brought from England. It is structured in L Shape, allowing the tropical breeze to flow freely. The living area is connected to a lawn where you can dive deep into an infinity pool.

The kitchen is structured in Western open style where you can give a try to your culinary skills in the kitchen fully equipped with modern amenities.

The property is maintained by full-time staff for cooking, gardening, laundry, and much more. There are baby cot and high chair available on the request of the client. They also have yoga holidays where guests can experience morning and evening, yoga class.
