The Lake House

Featuring five luxurious and well-appointed bedrooms catering to ten persons, the bedrooms come with a variety of amenities that will make every stay comfortable and enjoyable. All rooms come equipped with its own ensuite bathroom with solar heaters to ensure full convenience and privacy for guests, three of the five bedrooms are even equipped with its own outdoor shower for that extravagant experience in luxury. All bedrooms are equipped with plush king size beds with the exception of one that is equipped with two singles that can be merged into a single king bed as well. Dressing table and wardrobes are standard in all bedrooms with an additional couch for those late night lounging or reading.

The outdoor space is an architectural beauty to behold. Accessed directly from the living space, you'll be able to swim in a private infinity pool that overlooks the natural beauty of Lake Koggala. For those warmer days, you may just decide to lounge on the pool deck and enjoy the rich greenery that surrounds them. There is also a covered terrace by the side of the pool where you can gather, lounge or even have a meal enjoying the scenery. You will also have direct access to the private garden that connects directly to the lake where boat services are available at an extra charge.

Designed to feature a layout that merges the inside with the out, this means the entire indoor area features a fully opened layout, allowing a full panoramic view of the famous Koggala Lake that lays just before the living and dining space of this lovely home. The kitchen features a fully equipped layout including stove, oven, microwave and even coffee maker and toaster, this means every meal at every time of the day is just a simple prep away. If you are lazy to cook, fret not, the very experienced chef will cook up delicious Sri Lankan and European cuisine for you. There is also a dining space right next to the living space which also affords the beautiful scenery for that romantic dinner.
The private courtyard garden is one of the best indoor features of the villa, with its own flora and a fountain feature, there is no shortage of personal space without sacrificing a touch of the natural.

It comes with services such as 24 hour security, daily housekeeping, gardening, personal guest assistance and laundry. Massage services, transport and driver services by car or boat, bbq equipment, all ready to cater to the needs of guests, will incur additional charges.
