Designed with 3 bedrooms, all are configured with guests’ preference of either a king-sized or 2 twin beds. Simplicity is key with the uncluttered layout of the rooms fitted only with necessary furniture such as wooden writing desk and wardrobe. There is a hydronic underfloor heating with individual controllers in each of the rooms. Bathrooms are modern and contain the Japanese bathtub for which guests can soak and pamper themselves in. The chalet comes with 2.5 bathrooms that are sufficiently stocked with toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, towels, and also hairdryers.
The lovely window panes that look out to the outdoors are where guests can relax and idle by marveling at the snow, the forests, or simply daydreaming. Guests can lay back in the open plan living area that is fitted with comfy sofas, and tune in to the home entertainment featuring a large flat-screen 4K television connected to Apple TV and Netflix channels, while a Bose SoundDock is also supplied. Together with the dining space, both areas are connected to the fully-equipped contemporary kitchen - including a kitchen island - that carries the full cutlery dishware and facilities of AEG cooktop, dishwasher and oven. Additional perks include the Dolce Gusto coffee machine, microwave and toaster. There is also a dry room with AEG washer and dryer, and liquid detergent and softener being provided for use.
Any booked stay at Gravity will surely come with the full hospitality ensured by its team of staff. Rubbish removal is performed daily, while fresh change of towels are provided every second day, but not including arrival and departure days. For stays of 8 nights or more, linen change is done every five days. The chalet also provides complimentary arrival and departure pick-up and drop-off service within Hakuba and the staff can also help with complimentary supermarket runs if needed. Any additional other services not listed can be requested for the team to provide customized quotations. WiFi and domestic phone calls are complimentary.
