Situated just a mere 100 metres from the slopes of Happo One, the primary gondola, and the Evergreen International Ski School, Apt 301/401 is part of the Happo View Apt complex, a newly constructed residential building at the slopeside of Happo Village – a highly sought-after area in Hakuba, Nagano.
Apt 301/401 are 2 bedroom units that can comfortably accommodate 5 persons and is the perfect choice for groups of friends and family. The 89 sqm home is thoughtfully designed with a fully equipped kitchen, mountain and forest views, spacious dining and living areas, a large 4K flat-screen TV, free WiFi, Netflix, Bluetooth speakers, in-apartment laundry facilities, underfloor heating, shared ski storage and drying room, and a foyer lounge, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay, both on and off the slopes.
With easy access to the slopes, the main attractions of Hakuba, and a short stroll to nearby thermal hot springs and excellent dining options, it offers the perfect blend of luxury and accessibility.
There are 2 luxuriously designed bedrooms, with comfortable beddings (2 split king and 1 single bed), 2 generous bathrooms, ample storage spaces(huge wardrobe) and large windows. The 2 lovely bathrooms are fitted with high-end fixtures, relaxing showers, premium toiletries and vanities.
On the 1st floor of the complex is a shared skiing storage and drying room so that you can safely secure your skiing gear.
The welcoming indoor areas are wonderful, surrounded by huge windows offering mountain and forest views. The open layout allows seamless connectivity. Relax in the beautiful living area on the plush sofas while being entertained by your favourite programme on the 4K TV, with the Bluetooth speaker enhancing the quality. During the colder months, underfloor heating keeps the entire space warm. The fully furnished kitchen is modern and has all that is needed to whip up meals, such as a microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Meals can be enjoyed on the wooden dining table, adjacent to the living space.
A dedicated team is poised to provide a broad range of services, both on and off the slopes, including reservations for ski passes, ski and snowboard rentals, lessons, mountain guiding, orientation, snowshoeing tours, backcountry excursions, babysitting, wine delivery, in-unit massages, day tours, onsen suggestions, and restaurant reservations. Additional costs may be involved.
