The 6 rooms in the villa accommodate up to 12 people, with 5 king bedrooms and one twin room. Every room has its own cozy living space with cushioned armchairs and a verandah. They have maintained the brown, beige and golden theme with plenty of wooden elements in decorating the bedrooms as well. While keeping things very simple, they have added the luxury touch with premium bedding and lovely ornate decorative furniture. As you enter the bedrooms, you feel relaxed due to the spaciousness, the natural light and soothing colors to the eyes. The en-suite bathrooms have large glass windows, and a bathtub fixed next to the window so you can enjoy the scenery while taking a relaxing bath alone or with your loved one.

Villa Changar is located in a strategic place on top of the hill where you get to see the beach, the ocean and also the range of hills that beautifully frame the other side of the bridge. This view is perfectly captured from the 18m infinity pool in the edge of the main garden, with a common Jacuzzi that is available for all the guests. On the pool deck, there is a row of comfortable sunbeds under the shade of umbrellas where the guests can read a book or catch a tan from the tropical sun that glitters all throughout the year.

The common living area has a kitchen, a dining area, a media room, a cozy sitting space, and a billiard table. The fully equipped kitchen is available for the guests to use, should they wish to make their own meals. It has many modern appliances including a two-door refrigerator, ovens, a large stove, and a spacious pantry. The sitting area opens up to the garden through floor-length windows, and the guests can simply relax or hang out with their loved ones on the cozy couches. The media room resembles a modern theater, with comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV and surround sounds.
