This luxe retreat comes with five elegantly-furnished en-suite bedrooms, each with its own unique style. The master room located on the upper level, features a large king-sized bed set amongst a warm and rustic backdrop. The floor to ceiling glass windows and wooden flooring ensures a comfortable and cooling environment, ideal for Phuket’s tropical climate. TV sets and air-conditioning are also provided in the rooms to provide a comfortable living experience. The ensuite bathrooms are no less elegant, featuring a bathtub and an ornate design of wood and grey tiles, providing a zen and tranquil experience.
On the lower level, the remaining rooms are equipped with a king bed and 2 single beds respectively. A kids bedroom with 4 bunk beds designed with light themes and bright colours, complete the bedrooms set up. The bedrooms have been carefully cultivated to provide a fully indulgent experience, with private lounge areas, study desks, and sliding doors leading out onto a wraparound balcony.The large windows provide provide a refreshing view of the palm trees and other flora outside.
Stepping out of the villa, residents will be greeted by a private 12-metre swimming pool that directly overlooks the beach and natural scenery. Sunset lounges and a pool deck is stretched out along the edge of the pool, providing residents a private and tranquil location in which to relax and immerse themselves within the surrounding ambience. Tropical plants and trees border the compound, providing both privacy and shade. A cozy terrace sits around the side of the villa, providing stunning hilltop views of Bang Tao beach surrounded by the local flora and fauna.
Villa Praison comes included with two elegantly-designed living areas, located on the first and second floors. The living areas are large and expansive, featuring an open-plan design and a welcoming, stylish interior. The floor-to-ceiling windows allow sunlight to stream in, highlighting the plush upholstered sofas, marble table-tops, and the subtle Thai-inspired decor. The second floor living room features an especially unique Thai-styled high ceiling, finished with a polished wooden veneer.
A games room complete with board games and billiards table lies ready for occupants to enjoy at all times of day. Other top-of-the-line equipment including an Apple TV with SONOS Sound System and Netflix capabilities have all been installed for residents to enjoy. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all necessities and equipment, including high-quality stove tops, oven, and a coffee machine. High-speed internet is accessible throughout the entire villa.
