Mia Luxury Residence with five bedrooms ensures that you can travel with a large group including your friends, family or even couples on a retreat. The bedrooms include one master suite and four guest bedrooms of which two have a shared bathroom, ideal as a family suite. The bedrooms are furnished with king beds and one with twin beds. There are ensuite bathrooms where the master bath has a bathtub and separate shower. The rooms are well-designed, air-conditioned and fitted with widescreen TVs.

There are ten, beachfront five-bedroom villas at Mia Nha Trang and each of them features an utterly breathtaking sea view as the waves crash along the sandy shores and you can enjoy this grand view from the infinity swimming pool. The lavish pool is flanked by a pool deck where you have sunbeds to lounge upon and sunbathe under the tropical rays.

There is an alfresco dining area on the deck as well for you to indulge in oceanfront dining for better flavour and cherished moments. A glass-pergola roof gazebo is found poolside complete with a comfortable sitting area, BBQ and panoramic vistas.

The villas are designed elegantly with rooftop gardens, ponds and a luscious landscape incorporated into the natural surroundings of Nha Trang. The interiors are ultra-modern with sophisticated furnishings and fixtures. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors slide open to the pool deck beyond which lies the ocean. The taupe interiors are accented by minimal seating featuring plush sectional sofas, armchairs and footrest. Once you open up the doors, you will feel as if you’re right there on the beach, just an arm’s reach from the cool, crisp waters of the ocean.

Right beside the living area, you will find the luxurious and functional dining area and kitchen with an open-plan layout. You can spend time with everyone while preparing a meal in the fully-equipped kitchen that has been designed with state of the art appliances, a breakfast bar with seating, built-in microwave/oven and granite countertops. There is a nice selection of fine wines to choose from so enjoy a glass while watching the sunset. The dining table can accommodate ten guests with ease to make it ideal for family meals. You even have a dedicated media room with TV, video-on-demand, minibar, etc.
