Set amongst 1,000 year old olive and citrus tree orchards and vast terraced grounds, the charming Finca Tramuntana is a modern country home with panoramic views of the Sierra de Tramuntana, located midway between Campanet and Inca in Balearic Island.
Boasting 3 generous bedrooms, beautifully landscaped grounds, spacious open-plan living room, fireplace, fully-fitted country kitchen, home cinema systems, large terraces, 10m x 5m swimming pool and many more, designed for up to 6 persons to enjoy the space in ultimum comfort.
This lovely property is approximately 20 minutes from the Bay of Pollensa and the Bay of Alcudia while conveniences such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants and retail stores can be found some 3km away.
The villa features three bedrooms, all on the same level. All three bedrooms have twin beds that can be combined to create a large double if required. Together, they can easily accommodate up to six guests. Wooden-beamed ceiling runs through the entire house and into the bedrooms as well, providing a very nice traditional Mallorcan touch. Everything else is modern, including the comforts and furnishings.
There are two bathrooms in this rental property, both with walk-in showers. Towels and hairdryers are provided.
You will immediately fall in love and get immersed in the secluded beauty of the villa. The terrace with the private pool is completely enclosed, providing extra protection for young children. It has a shallow end, so the kids can splash around and have fun safely. In the meantime, you can relax on a poolside lounger. You don’t have to keep an eye open for them at all times. The pool terrace offers gorgeous views of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range and the surrounding countryside.
A covered balcony runs along two sides of the house, including its poolside front. It features both a lounging and dining area. It’s a wonderful place to spend time with your group, especially at midday when you might prefer to get under shade. There is also a terrace at the backside of the villa with private seating and dining areas.
There is a reason why many guests like to spend a long time indoors here. Every room is cozy and warm, providing a welcoming feeling. They are beautifully decorated with pieces of art and traditional architectural elements. The living, dining area, and kitchen are all part of the same room. Gather around in the kitchen while the meal is being cooked. Catch up on the old times or plan for the next day while having your dinner. There is a small breakfast table too in the kitchen.
Finca Tramuntana is available on an exclusive basis only. The entire house and private estate will just be for you and your guests for the duration of your stay. Every single detail has been thought of – there are utensils in the kitchen, air-conditioning throughout the house, internet, towels and hairdryers in the bathrooms, a fireplace, barbecue, iron, safe, and parking spaces for vehicles. You can even stay here with your pet.
Beyond this lovely property are many interesting attractions to explore. Within 3km you’ll find abundant conveniences like supermarkets, bars, restaurants and retail stores. Both the magnificent Bay of Pollensa and Bay of Alcudia are approximately 20 minutes drive from here. The typical working Spanish town of Inca is also not too far away where you get a taste of daily Mallorcan life. Its town center has been pedestranized so you can easily take a stroll around the local squares and palm-lined streets. Head to the Piazza Santa Maria Major, Inca’s main square lined with lovely cafes and bars as well as the town’s main church.
Campanet on the other hand, is a little town that is a delight to walk around with its narrow streets and authentic Mallorcan architecture. All the roads will lead to the large main square known as Placa Major, where the imposing Baroque church of ‘The Immaculate Conception’ that dates back to the 18th century, dominates the skyline.
