Villa Vall den March is a newly constructed luxury country villa on its own plot of land in the rural settings of Mallorca’s Marc Valley, with great mountain views, where one can enjoy seclusion and privacy, especially those looking for solace from nature.
This property might easily be mistaken for a mediaeval Mallorcan farmhouse, thanks to its use of authentic honey-colored local stone and traditional louvred shutters that surround the windows and doors, complete with exposed timber beams and whitewashed internal walls. The magnificent French doors can be thrown wide to welcome in the pleasant breezes, and the cool stone flooring ensures guests enjoy comfortable temperatures even in the heat of mid-summer.
This impressive home boasts 4 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, open-plan living and dining area, traditionally-styled kitchen, multiple terraces, large grounds, private swimming pool and many more for your enjoyment.
Ten minutes away is the lovely old town of Pollensa whereby you can access a host of conveniences, from food to historical attractions. Not to mention the lovely beaches of Puerto Pollensa, are also not too far away. Golfers will also delight at the fact that it is an easy drive from some of Mallorca’s courses.
The massive property can easily accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably.
Each of the home’s four bedrooms is simply but tastefully furnished, with an en-suite bath or shower room in lovely limestone tiles. The downstairs room is spacious and comes with alarge comfy king bed, huge built-in wardrobe space to store belongings and a massive bedroom with a bathtub. It also has doors opening onto the garden terrace while each upstairs room has access to either a Juliet balcony or an upper terrace from which to savor the amazing country views.
Stepping out into the massive outdoor grounds, you’ll find the home’s lovely pool sparkles invitingly, a luxury turquoise oasis in this delightfully rural background.The lush well-manicured garden provides plenty of spaces for kids to run about and play, or a family picnic at your own terms. The huge space is also great for early morning strolls while taking in the fresh crisp air and the delightful countryview. For those who wish to get a tan or enjoy the Mallorcan sun, they can use the unshaded sun lounge and those who wish to just enjoy the breeze can opt for the shaded ones. A table-tennis table is also available, for those who enjoy the game.
On the ground floor, there's a large open-plan living and dining room with three sets of patio doors leading to a covered terrace with an outdoor dining suite for an alfresco experience. Relaxing couches and satellite television are provided for guests to relax and unwind. The traditionally styled kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances such as refrigerator, freezer, cutleries, microwave, kitchen utensils, oven, dishwasher,toaster and coffee machine. You'll be itching to get started on your culinary masterpieces with the variety of fresh vegetables and delicacies available directly from local suppliers at Pollensa's Sunday market.
Our friendly team of staff is always on hand to ensure you a comfortable stay. Cleaning services, a change of bed linen every seven days, towels, and open air parking are all essential services offered throughout. For those with little kids, high chairs and babycots are also provided for your convenience. Meanwhile, all other extra services like extra cleaning, ironing, laundry, babysitting, transfers and more, can be arranged upon request and these are chargeable.
There are plenty of places to explore near to the villa. Just 10 minutes from the villa, guests can explore handmade craft shops in Pollensa’s beautiful cobblestone streets, drink coffee at the main square, or even climb the 365 steps to the Calvary church which is known for its magnificent views. The bay of Puerto Pollensa is also easily accessible, allowing you to feel the sand between your toes, take a swim in the calm seas, and tempt your taste buds with the wide range of restaurants on offer before returning to the wonderful tranquility of Villa Vall den March.
