Located just forty kilometers from Palma Airport, Jaume Ramona House lies in Pollensa’s popular Cami de Can Bosch, close to many shops and restaurants. Surrounded by the natural beauty of Colonya Valley, this villa is found in an old refurbished Mallorcan house. Surrounded by centenarian trees and ancient olive fields, this villa can accommodate larger groups of up to twelve guests. As such, it is perfect for destination weddings, work retreats, or getaways with your loved ones. Jaume Ramona House provides six generously sized rooms to comfortably accommodate all the guests. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning units to provide some much needed respite from the summer heat. Three of the bedrooms have double beds while the other three are equipped with two single beds each. It should be noted that the two single beds can easily be pushed together to form a double bed if the need for it ever arises. All bedrooms feature crisp, comfortable linens so you can easily drift off to sleep after a full day of adventuring.
Two outdoor lounge areas only serve to complement the sense of well-being that radiates throughout the grounds of Jaume Ramona House. The terraces are beautifully furnished with outdoor dining table and chairs so you can start your day off right while soaking up the sunshine and views. In fact, the terrace even comes with a spacious fridge as well as a covered barbecue area so you can fire up the grills whenever the mood strikes.
The porch extends towards an oversized swimming pool, ideal for chilling out in the refreshing waters. In fact, the pool was recently renovated with Roman Steps and retiled. By the poolside is found a Balinese Day Bed so guests can work on achieving that perfect Mediterranean tan while napping under the sun. Additional sunbeds are available.
Jaume Ramona House boasts an airy dining room with traditional Spanish-style lighting and walls. This space leads directly into the kitchen where you can warm up by the antique fireplace that’s traditionally found in old Majorcan houses. While it maintains the vestiges of its past, the kitchen does come with modern appliances so you can very easily whip up your own meals. There’s even a dining room where guests can gather to savor the fruits of their labor.
In the living room, you can kick back with a post-dinner drink while exchanging stories about your holiday in Spain. On the ground floor, guests will find a spacious leisure room that provides hours of entertainment for the whole family thanks to the 65 inch television screen, chaise longue, table football and the likes.
Private parking is available on the property, ideal for guests who wish to rent a vehicle during their holiday in Spain. You can also enjoy free WiFi from just about any corner of the villa. Best of all, linens and towels are provided.
Less than seven kilometers from Jaume Ramona House is found Tomir Mountain from where you can take in mesmerizing sights of the surroundings. Cala Barques lies a quick drive away while the Alcudia Old Town is found just ten kilometers from the villa. There, you can take a stroll down the cobbled streets or explore the many souvenir boutiques in the area.
