Just 5 minutes from the renowned beaches of Puerto Pollensa, is a stately villa known as Villa Can Mercer. Stone-built for its 2-storey exterior in entirety, the villa is reminiscent of wonderful Mallorcan architecture with character and where sunny blue skies and the oasis of green make for favorable stay. Measuring 156 sq meters in size, it is built with 2 bedrooms to sleep 4 guests, who will be pleased with the great attention to detail in the furnishings and amenities provided, rendering a charming countryside ambiance to chill throughout. Regarded a new villa of 2020, Villa Can Mercer also boasts of extensively tiled terraces, a large private swimming pool and beautiful gardens for the outdoors, with equally gorgeous interiors of wooden beams, matching furniture sets and fresh splashes of joyful colours.
Built with 2 bedrooms, one is located on the ground floor and the other on the upper floor. Both are charming and lovely, with its pastel theme and thoughtful detailing that are still kept to its clean minimalist layout. The rooms are 1 double and 1 twin, with wooden framed half windows letting lots of sunlight into the rooms. Wooden beam ceilings are evident in both rooms, as with tiled flooring. There are 2 bathrooms equipped for both bedrooms, and both are decked in purple square wall tiles for the burst of personality, as well as bathtubs to truly soak and savor the perfect bathtime.
A nicely-sheltered terrace space with tiled flooring and outdoor dining furniture makes it one cosy spot that guests would be happy to park themselves on. Lovely decor like potted plants further spruce up this area, which also overlooks a beautiful garden of well-manicured green lawn that teems with trees, shrubs and flowers all around. A row of sunbeds line the side of a private rectangular swimming pool that measures 10m X 4m, a particularly large one size wise for a property of this dimension. A great holiday as this would not be complete without a built-in barbeque available here, which will cater to your many barbeque evenings and parties
Villa Can Mercer is built with 2 storeys and what greets guests is the colorful and vibrant lounge area that is spacious and large for a group of 4. Furnished with bright blue sofas with a wooden coffee table that sits right in front of a brick fireplace, guests can make themselves at home immediately in front of the satellite television. Just on one end of the sofa is the adjoining dining hall, with its pleasing set of wooden dining table and chairs that can sit 6 guests comfortably. Located just behind this space which is separated by an arch is a rustic, charming kitchen with all the countryside touches of partial wood for the cabinets and drawers, and which makes cooking sessions a pleasure with the full set of utilities and facilities provided, including a washing machine in a separate utility room.
Guests who drive can be assured of private parking within the villa’s premises. Meanwhile, the villa itself is completely sanitized and disinfected given the ongoing crisis of CoVid-19. Rooms are air-conditioned between the times of 8pm to 8am and 2pm to 4pm for guests. Other services include mid-stay cleanings, change of bed linens, cot, crib or baby high chairs for young ones, as well as complimentary WiFi Internet access throughout one’s stay.
Villa Can Mercer is located less than 5 minutes of drive from the Puerto Pollensa sandy beaches, and about 3km from the Eroski Puerto Pollensa shops as well as the Port de Pollensa town centre. Slightly further out is the Pollensa golf course that is only about 8km away.
