Casa Leon 84 is a charming small house tailored for an intimate family holiday or a small group of friends, providing a central location near numerous attractions in historic Pollença, Mallorca. Despite its compact size, this retreat offers extensive facilities and amenities designed for a memorable and comfortable stay including a well-appointed kitchen, 2 luxurious ensuite bedrooms, fireplace, barbecue, jacuzzi, vast terrace, and open-plan living and dining space. The elegant decor and laid-back ambience, coupled with proximity to attractions, make it a top choice for a relaxing and memorable stay. This accommodation has 2 beautifully designed ensuite bedrooms that can host up to 4 guests. The master bedroom comes with a comfortable king-size bed, while the second bedroom has twin beds that can be joined into a double bed if needed. Both bedrooms showcase elegant wooden walls, ample wardrobes and matching furnishings, creating a cosy and welcoming ambience. The ensuite bathrooms feature high-end fixtures, premium toiletries and vanities. Aside from these, one of the bathrooms has a bathtub, while the other, shower room.
Externally, the retreat embodies the charm of a traditional Pollenca residence with its characteristic red-tiled roof and stone façade. The highlight of the outdoor space is in its vast outdoor terrace, with a comfortable (shaded) seating area (and nice sofas) on one side, while the other side of the terrace is open, allowing guests to bask in the delightful Mallocarn sunshine, at the same time, enjoy the delights of a barbecue, alfresco dining as well as good soak in the jacuzzi.
The interior is impressive, where the traditional Mallorcan wooden-beamed ceiling adds a touch of rustic charm. The super comfy lounging area makes the ideal spot for relaxing (especially after a long day out), with its palatial sofas, while the large screen tv and state-of-the-art music system provide entertainment. A six-sitter wooden table sits beneath an elegant chandelier, with the roaring fireplace adding warmth. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, including dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and refrigerator, allowing guests to easily prepare delicious meals.
A dedicated team will be available to take care of all your needs. These include final cleaning and weekly linen change. All other on-demand services can also be requested such as baby cot, baby high chair,transfers, car rental, tour arrangements and more. Do note that however additional costs may apply.
