Take the Majorquin wooden double doors and step out onto the front terrace which is perfectly shaded to provide some much-needed respite from the summer heat. The best thing about this space is that it’s enhanced by a solid oak banquet table so you can sit down to an Al Fresco meal whenever you want. This terrace overlooks a perfectly-manicured garden with sweeping views of the beautiful countryside.

A door just off the kitchen leads directly towards a barbecue area, perfect for enjoying fun evening with your friends and family. Rest assured that the barbecue area is entirely covered so you can still grill up a storm regardless of the weather. The oversized, oval-sized swimming pool is accessible through Roman Steps. Swim laps in the crystalline waters or simply splash about with your loved ones while soaking up the sun. One of the most unique features of Villa Finca Rafalet is that it comes with its very own vineyard and you can go pick your own grapes to enjoy as an afternoon snack. There’s also plenty of sun beds around for a siesta under the sun.

Inside, villa Finca Rafalet is just as impressive, with terracotta tiles and an inner stone wall. Spread across two floors, this villa still maintains relics from the eighteenth century and features a spacious lounge with plenty of seating areas, a flat-screen television with satellite connection, and classical stone banks. From the dining room, you can soak up unblemished views of the sparkling swimming pool and the garden.
