Designed over 2 storeys on 200 sq meters of space, Villa Plana den Rull comprises 4 bedrooms that can sleep a group of 8 guests. No effort is spared in ensuring that guests receive the finest pampering and proper relaxation throughout the accommodation, from the lovely shaded terraces, well-kept garden lawns, private pool, to the main lounge area, rooms or dining hall. A definite plus point is the breathtaking views over the Tramuntana mountains.
All 4 bedrooms of Villa Plana den Rull are located on the upper floor, configured respectively as 2 doubles and 2 twins for a total number of 8 guests. The rooms are airy and decidedly more modern for the 2 twin bedding and slightly more classical for the 2 doubles. Each comes with their own decor of arrangement and furnishings, such as a pretty couch sofa in one and a lovely wooden cabinet or uniquely handcrafted side tables in another. The bathrooms are contemporary and stylish, with edgy tile slabs, broad mirrors and large shower areas and screens are some of the appealing qualities.
The villa features an amazing yard, garden, and just the all-encapsulating outdoor space that will surely do wonders for the soul and mind. With a shaded courtyard terrace that also hosts an alfresco dining space, guests will have lots of enjoyment despite the long summers. On the grassy lawn is where a landscaped oasis of mature trees and flora of unique species thrive abundantly. Also a hit with guests is the non-shaded section featuring a hammock for great naps and a smaller wooden table to gather around over tea. The private swimming pool measuring 8m X 4m is another great addition to the villa, and is flanked by sunbeds and parasols for more lie-downs and pure relaxation. Did we forget to mention that there is also an excellent brick-built barbeque provided for such get-togethers?
The spacious indoors with its pastel beige-colored parquet flooring continues to make an impression upon guests as soon as they enter the hallway. Set over 2 storeys, the interior built-up measures 200 sq meters, is bright and airy, and thoughtfully-furnished in a mix of Mallorcan traditional style and some modern elements to boot. In the lounge area, guests will find leather seat sofas and flat-screen television for their entertainment, while a very spacious kitchen awaits guests at the back. Decked in mostly white surfaces with blue wall tiles, the kitchen is fully-equipped with all the necessary appliances and amenities including refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, hob and hood, and washing machine. Just next door to the kitchen is the all solid wooden dining table and chairs, and another traditional wooden daybed furniture for extra seating capacity if need be.
Free air conditioning is provided for guests between 2pm to 4pm and 8pm to 8am daily. It is also thoroughly disinfected, cleaned and sanitized in these current unprecedented times. Mid-stay cleanings are also provided and for guests with young ones in tow, worry not as cot, crib or baby high chair are available. There is also complimentary Internet access for guests and parking is by virtue on the open grounds of the property.
Apart from being strategically situated near the old town of Pollensa at just 1.1km away, Villa Plana den Rull is also an amazingly short drive away from the sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Casa San Vicente. Beach enthusiasts will find this irresistible, while not forgetting a host of other attractions that are close to the site including the Eroski Pollensa shops and the Pollensa Golf Course for guests yearning for a game or two.
