The house is comfortable and accessibility is simple. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and they are full of light that pours in through the windows. The master bedroom has an ensuite and there are two additional bathrooms equipped with modern amenities for your use.

Shielded from outside view, Moss House is a completely private, secluded and luxurious property in Pollensa. Not only can you relax all day by the pool without a worry, but kids can run around in the garden safe and secure. The covered terrace has al fresco dining while you have a pergola with another romantic dining spot. The verdant outdoors is flush with greenery, giving you a soulful experience. A BBQ terrace with another dining area is great for lunch or dinner overlooking the garden.

The living room at Moss House has two entry ways, which means you can leave the doors open for excellent ventilation and natural light. It is a cheerful, vibrant and bright room that will put any anxieties to rest. You can rest on the comfortable sofas in the corner lounge, enjoy garden views, and catch up on stories with your loved ones. A flat-screen TV offers you the entertainment you may need on a lazy afternoon. The living room has terracotta tiles and beamed ceilings. It is also air-conditioned to beat the heat. Since the living room is open-plan, you also have the dining area there. The six-seater wooden dining table is perfect for family meals. You can enjoy memorable feasts here together with your close ones. There is a fireplace in the room as well along with simple décor on floating shelves. There is a separate kitchen indoors with another breakfast table. The window overlooks the garden while you have modern appliances to help you cook delicious meals and, of course, coffee.

From a children’s play area in the garden to the BBQ terrace, Moss House is wired for fun. While the kids play on the swings, you can sunbathe by the pool.
