Designed and furnished in local, traditional style, the villa offers 2 bedrooms for 4 guests maximum. It is located near the old town of Pollensa and the resort of Puerto Pollensa, enabling guests with an easy convenience and a jolly good time exploring the town and the beaches. All around the villa, a serene landscape of greenery and mountain views envelop the property, as guests sit back and appreciate the vistas from the shaded terrace, poolside or any of the spots outdoors.
There are 2 bedrooms to boot for Rei Vila, though they can only sleep 4 guests maximum. Of the 2 rooms, one is double room and the other being a twin bedroom. Decked in lots of wooden elements and terracotta tiled flooring that offer the traditional, classic vibe, guests will feel immediately comfortable and cosy. There are 2 bathrooms and 1 additional toilet outdoors, while air-conditioning is provided in 2 of the rooms - one of the doubles and the twin.
The exterior ground of Rei Villa is made up of a swimming pool measuring 8m X 5m, as well as well-maintained gardens that are surrounded by trees and hedgerows that offer privacy and tranquility to guests relaxing outside. There is also a sheltered dining terrace and charming barbeque house with bricks and wooden ceiling beams that is just cosy and intimate in every way thanks to the setting and design. On one side of the home is a table tennis spot for guests to play a game or two.
Enter the villa and guests will be pleased with the spacious and breezy interiors, accentuated by local and traditional design and materials. With wooden cabinets and furnishings, stone-panelled walls for the contrast in texture and arches at different sections of the home, guests will find themselves experiencing an authentic slice of lovely Mallorcan retreat. Amidst the traditional elements are modern conveniences and appliances at guests’ disposal throughout their stay.
