All four bedrooms of the villa are located on the first floor. Two of the bedrooms have double beds while the other two have twin beds. Both double bedrooms have been fitted with their full, en-suite bathrooms so you can wind down in all privacy without having to wait for your turn to use the shower. The other two guest rooms share a shower room between them. It should be noted that all the bedrooms are fitted with both heating and air-conditioning units. Best of all, the rooms also provide fitted wardrobes with ample space to stow your belongings during your stay.
From the master bedroom, guests can enjoy a direct access into the pool area. Additionally, this room also has an upper terrace, perfect for soaking up the views and weather whenever you want.

More importantly, this pool is surrounded by a stone terrace with dining furniture, ideal for Al-Fresco meals. There’s even an outdoor bathroom with WC and shower, so guests can wash off the chlorine after their swim. Numerous sunbeds are available should you wish to work on your tan during your holiday in Spain.

Don’t hesitate to browse the nearby stores for fresh seafood and prime cuts of meat that you can grill up on the provided barbecue grills. In fact, the covered barbecue area serves as a small kitchen with fridge/freezer, sink, dishwasher, and even a microwave.

After exploring Mallorca’s most beautiful spots, retreat to the villa where you can kick back and relax in the living area while sipping on a beverage of your choice. The interior dining room is also equipped with an AC and leads directly into the lounge area where you will find a DVD, flat-screen satellite television and comfortable sofas.
There’s also a second interior kitchen outfitted with just about every appliance you’ll need to prepare your own meals, including a dishwasher, crockery and cutlery sets, ceramic hob, gas and electric oven, as well as a fridge and freezer. In the breakfast nook, you will find a cozy table and chairs. The kitchen also provides a direct access onto the terrace and pool area.
