The property is spread across two levels, with shared living spaces on the ground floor. On the upper floor are four beautifully designed bedrooms. Two of the rooms comes with comfortable king bed while the remaining rooms, plush twin beds. Each of the room are thoughtfully designed with spacious wardrobes with ample storage spaces, convenient dressing areas, cosy private seating corners and bedside tables (complete with reading lamps). Large windows in each room provide captivating views. The master suite has access to an ensuite bathroom, while the others share two common bathrooms, each wonderfully equipped with refreshing showers, high-end fixtures, premium toiletries and vanities.

Passing through the inviting iron gate, a scenic pathway bordered by almond trees leads to the home’s grand entrance. The beautifully adorned semi-covered terrace offers ample space for both lounging and dining, wrapping around two sides of the house, providing a perfect setting for outdoor meals and relaxation. A convenient barbecue area complements the alfresco dining experience, while nearby, a summer kitchen caters to culinary enthusiasts. In the heart of the space is the generous 14x6-metre private pool, surrounded by meticulously manicured lush lawns, ample sunloungers and parasols on the pool deck for leisurely enjoyment. A shaded gazebo further enhances the tranquil outdoor ambiance. There is a table tennis table for after meal exercise.

Its indoor space offers a seamless, open-concept layout that encompasses a spacious living room, an inviting dining area and a contemporary fully-equipped kitchen, all seamlessly connected via a graceful arched doorway. The area is bathed with natural light from the ample large windows. The living area blends modernity and traditional charm with its stone walls and high-beamed ceiling that harmoniously coexists with modern décor elements. Within the space are plenty of comfortable sofas and a cosy fireplace, adding to the warmth and ambiance of the space, perfect for entertainment or socialising. There is also a satellite television for entertainment. Another archway leads into the wonderful dining space whereby six persons can enjoy meals together. The modern kitchen is equipped with gas hob, electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave, ensuring a fuss free meal preparation.
