Spread over 5 floors, the villa offers a lounge, kitchen and dining on the ground floor while the remaining four floors are occupied by a bedroom each so you get to enjoy ample privacy. Even in the middle of town, Villa Alicanti offers a luxurious and refreshing swimming pool with an outdoor deck to bask in the Majorcan sun. Lovely and bright interiors flooded with sunlight, airy, open-concept, and generously-designed, Villa Alicanti is a perfect holiday home for your Majorcan escape.
The villa is almost palatial with the spiral staircase that leads to the upper floors. There are four bedrooms at Villa Alicanti 2 distributed over four floors. Each is well-furnished with minimalist decor. Comfortable double and twin beds ensure that you get all the rest. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and enjoy ensuite bathrooms. The interiors are breezy and spacious for a calming ambiance. The top-floor master suite also offers spectacular views.
Not only is the house centrally located but also manages to give you two private terraces. They are perfect when you want to spend time outdoors in the fresh air. There is a plunge pool to take a dip or to swim under the clear, blue sky. An outdoor shower gives you the chance to cool off before you enter the pool.
A spacious, airy and breezy living room can be found on the ground floor with a stone-built archway and whitewashed walls. It’s a cool and calming ambiance indoors.
