Villa Alvera is a luxurious Mallorcan style villa located just a short distance from the historic town of Pollensa, and a short drive to the beautiful bays of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente. Built with local materials such as a natural stone façade, wooden beams and stone pillars, this stunning home is surrounded by an enchanting Mediterranean style garden with olive and carobs trees, and a pond within the lawn area.
It boasts 4 elegant bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, spacious patio and garden, open plan living and dining spaces, fully fitted kitchen, barbecue area, jacuzzi, infinity pool, private onsite parking and terrace with dining facility, perfect for housing up to 8 persons.
Filled with the personal touches of the owner, the villa has amodern and contemporary style throughout. Although it’s a quiet location, country noises are part of the setting and you can hear the occasional barking dog or early morning cockerel.
All four bedrooms are not only elegantly furnished, it is also bright and airy, of which three rooms are air-conditioned thus, encouraging blissful sleep. A bedroom without air-conditioning, with two single beds and bathroom with walk-in shower is on the ground floor, whilst a few steps up on the mezzanine floor there are two double bedrooms with a double bed and another with two single beds & en-suite bathrooms and bathtub. Finally on the first floor there is a double bedroom with an en-suite, walk-in wardrobe and a stunning private terrace.
This property's vast outdoor space is no doubt fantastic, with plenty of spaces for various indulgence. Access to the exterior space is through the ground floor. The large terrace with dining facility makes a great al-fresco dining spot where you can enjoy your meals while taking in the verdant views of the surrounding areas and the charming Mediterranean garden. Meats can be grilled on the built-in BBQ stove while the wood oven is good for baking pizzas. The fabulous infinity pool is perfect for cooling off in the warm Spanish climate. After a long tiring day of adventure, nothing beats a soak in the cold water jacuzzi. With ample space to run around and play, those with children will certainly have a fun-filled time.
The charming entrance leads to the spacious indoor living space comprising living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and pantry. There are nice comfy sofas, cable TV and stereo in the living area, where you can spend time watching movies or just relax and listen to music. A large glass door opens up to the beautiful terrace and outdoor spaces. There is ample space for having meals with one dining table in the dining area and another in the kitchen. If you run out of wine during meals, there is a great wine cellar with a good selection of wines and spirits in the basement of the villa. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, induction stove top and hob, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and toaster to name a few, making meal preparation a breeze.
The friendly villa team is always on hand to ensure you are well-taken care of. On-demand services needed such as English speaking babysitter, private chef, pre-stocked fridge, tours arrangements, airport transfers, just to name a few can be arranged by the team and these come with extra cost.
There are many conveniences within close distance of Villa Alvera to explore. For golfers, the Pollensa Golf Club is within close proximity. The historical town of Pollensa is a short distance where you can find a variety of amenities like trendy restaurants, cafes, retail stores and historical attractions. You can find most ingredients needed for meal preparation at Eroski supermarket. The beautiful Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vincente are also not too far away.
