This stunning 4 bedroom villa overlooks the beautiful countryside of northern Mallorca in Spain. Villa Ca Na Copea is located in Pollensa and it features a marvellous contemporary design inspired by traditional country houses. Light-filled living spaces, magical views of mountains, fields and old towns, modern amenities and old-world charm, this villa is a unique find easy to fall in love with. Villa Ca Na Copea has 4 bedrooms. There are 2 rooms with double beds, 1 room with twin beds and 1 room with a single bed. The rooms are equipped with AC and wooden cabinets for your clothes and other belongings. Each bedroom has its own private en-suite shower room. One of the bathrooms even has a bathtub.
The villa’s private garden boasts a stunning asymmetrical swimming pool with crystal clear water. The pool is encompassed by a stone sun terrace with lounge beds and parasols. The views are magnificent all around! The shady terrace is a perfect spot for outdoor dining and breakfast in the Mediterranean sunshine. Villa Ca Na Copea has covered and open terraces. The brick-built BBQ is good for multiple fabulous food feasts at the villa with people you love.
Villa Ca Na Copea features a refined contemporary style that is without a doubt inspired by local traditional country houses. Think stone-clad facade, wooden window shutters, and wooden ceiling beams adding a rustic feel. Large glass windows and doors allow natural light to fill the room while maximizing the magnificent views of the Mallorcan countryside. The sitting room is furnished with 2 flower print sofas, a TV, and a kids’ size table and chairs. There is a dining table and the villa has a large private kitchen fully equipped with everything you need. There is a kitchen bar with high chairs (ideal for drinking a cup of coffee in the morning) and the kitchen even has a dishwasher.
Guests get to enjoy free wifi and there is air-conditioning available on a timer. The housekeeper stops by once a week for the changeover of towels and sheets. Off road parking is available.
The picturesque town of Pollensa with its beloved marina and promenade is located within walking distance from the villa. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes to be found in the surrounding area and the nearest beach is 6 km away. You can go shopping or you can go exploring the beautiful countryside. The island’s international airport in Palma de Mallorca is +-60 km away.
